We then moved inside and he repaired very uneven, broken, and weak horsehair plaster. He never told us any of our asks were impossible but he always told us when there was a better way (to include not using him for some repair aspects) and gave us the low down on all the alternatives with quick re-quotes as needed. Jeff is an artist who obviously cares about the quality and signature style of his work - plus he has a fantastic and pleasant personality.
