We felt this should have been addressed during the consultation. Had we known about, we would not have signed on. The subcontractors rescheduled multiple times, and while weather was a factor once, other delays were unexplained. Although the finished parts were mostly uniform. They never returned to apply the promised two coats, leaving some areas incomplete, Interior: They neglected to paint behind the radiator. Communication between the subcontractors and the project manager was lacking, info had to be relayed more than once. In addition the promised walk-through was never conducted.

There were a lot of hiccups during the process but they did a great job fixing issues and being upfront about them and the changes when they occurred. They brought my 1960s looking kitchen to this century and decade. They were extremely professional, upfront with me when issues or changes occurred, and explained the problems. I've had issues with previous contractors they were not upfront with me and added all these ridiculous changes or fees that weren't needed.
