Jeff Krivan and his crew were outstanding when we had a fire in our garage. The damaged drywall and insulation were removed and then sprayed with odor block paint before new drywall was hung and then painted. All electrical was checked and repaired as well as installing new garage doors. There was some smoke penetration into the interior of our home which meant all walls, ceilings, upholstered furniture, drapes, carpet and rugs had to be cleaned. Every item in our home was thoroughly cleaned on site or sent out to be dry cleaned. Air scrubbers were also used to clean the air to ensure our safety. After this very thorough cleaning all walls and ceilings were then painted with an odor block paint and then re- painted with 2 topcoats. The restoration team that worked in our home was extremely knowledgeable about all the repairs needed and carried out each task with skill and efficiency. Greg the lead foreman on our job kept us informed daily about each step needed in restoring our home. We recently purchased our home, but found that our bath upstairs was not connected to our drain. Obviously once we turned the bath on, the water dripped right down through the upstairs floor, the kitchen ceiling, and kitchen floor. The damage was fairly significant. We had just bought brand new furniture the day before we hosted Christmas with our family at our new home. SERVPRO did a fabulous job for the2nd time that I needed work done in my basement, as they got here very quickly when I needed water damage restoration done from my basemen. Jeff and his crew did a fine job getting us dried out after our hot water tank ruptured. They were both punctual and fast. I appreciated their concern to keep our place as clean as possible while they were doing some pretty dirty demo work in the basement. Jeff and Greg were very good with communication before and after our project. The price was reasonable and they gave me several option, which was a huge help when insurance denied the claim.
