This was verified by the inspector. Instead of replacing the roof, HHI refused to do anything about it blaming it on faulty shingles. A worker from HHI even came back out to the house and agreed that the shingles on the one side needed replaced. The owner, however, refused to fix the problem. I would strongly suggest not using HHI for any roofing needs.

Paul came to my house, showed me the samples of roofs shingles and gave me a quote that day. I called him back the next day and he said three weeks till he could schedule the day. He called to give me the date for the job. He was true to his word and the job was done in one day. The crew finished the job by rolling the ground with a magnetic roller to pick up all the random screws. Great job. Ed Mclaughlin is a criminal and I don't know how he manages to still have a business. My wife and I purchased a home in November 2023, with the understanding ,which was agreed to and signed on the contract that an electrical issue with the house we were buying was to be fixed by a licensed electrician. A month after closing when I had a contractor in to remodel, we came to find out the problem was not fixed just hidden and actually deemed more unsafe then was before. Also, come to find out that the so called electrician he uses is a "handyman" that is not licensed or insured. Live wires were left dangling hidden under drop ceiling where my three small children sleep. I then reached out to this so called real estate agent and of course he states its our problem now nothing more he can do and I'm left with a massive invoice for an electrician to make my house safe for my three small children. I would be very cautious when buying or renting houses with this companies name attached to it. They perform work on their properties that is not up to standard codes or even done by licensed professionals, just to be able to make a sale or rent the property. Take my advice, if your looking at a property they have think twice, I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.
