THEY USE BLEACH IN THEIR CLEANER. DO NOT USE. I live in a townhouse, the management company here hired them to power wash the houses in the neighborhood. I had Amazon packages outside, I went to grab them and they were soaked from the bleach water that they use. when they dried, the cardboard had been bleached. I then realized that i had to go outside to grab them while they were power washing, which made me look at my sweatshirt that I was wearing. Within minutes of being back inside, my sweatshirt had been bleached. I called management of the townhomes, he told me to just wash the sweatshirt and get back to him to make sure that it was bleached. It was in fact bleached. My car also had dried bleach on the windows. He also mentioned that someone's dog drank a puddle of the water that collected from their chemical solution. The guys who run this power wash company told the manager that the solution did not contain bleach but was a diluted solution. He gave no specifics. I used their service 2 years ago for driveway and wall pressure washing. The work was average at best, and was very overpriced, but at that time I would have probably gave them 3 stars at best. Now 2 years later I keep getting endless phone calls from them. I have asked politely for them to stop calling, and I have demanded they stop calling, and despite them promising to stop, I just get another another call a couple days later. I have tried blocking there number, but they just call from other numbers (reported as spam by my phone). So unless you want to constantly be harassed in the future, I would highly recommend staying away from this company read more

This is my 3rd year using them, and it will be my last. Despite the website offering a money-back guarantee, they want to refund only $100 for adding additional marks to the deck and not fully cleaning it. Beware any "responses from the owner", it's simply the customer service department responding. It's a generic response saying to call for a resolution. After reading reviews online and calling to get a quote I was excited to get my house done. The previous owners of my home didn't take care of it and it was in desperate needed of being cleaned. I was told on my call with them that they would give me notice as to when they were coming to do my house. I got little to no notice and I was not home for my service. I tried calling their customer service line and no one would answer the phone or call me back. The quality of work that was done was very poor, my house looks the same to me. I have no idea how the tech completed the work or what he did while he was here because I wasn't home. Over all this was a very poor experience and I wouldn't recommend them at all. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY CHARGE CREDIT CARDS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. This is unforgivable for a business to do. I had a similar experience to Stefani D. You can also look on the Better Business Bureau site for many other stories similar to hers and mine. Last year, my house was power washed. The rep talked about a membership. I asked for more information but never received it, and never received confirmation that I signed up for anything. Over a year later, I got a call saying that, unless I schedule power washing services that I don't need, I would have to pay PPW a cancellation fee of $150+. I told them absolutely clearly not to charge my card and they did so anyways. I don't know why they even had my credit card information on file, because I never authorized them to keep it. This story is not a one off anomaly from a disgruntled former customer. It is a pattern of unethical and unacceptable behavior that, frankly, needs to stop. read more

we have dark green garage doors and perfect power wash arrived and used double strength cleaner on our garage doors and faded them to a completely different color. They are now a green color. Their own employee said that this was indeed damaged caused by their chemicals and that he would be very upset as a homeowner if this happened to him. The management team never got back to us as promised and when I called they said this is normal wear and tear. Steer clear of this business. I will post pictures as proof of their work. This company is awful with its communication. I only hired them to save myself time and hassle of doing power washing myself this year, but it turned into more of a headache dealing with them. As others have said, their responsiveness is abysmal. They have me the same 10 day window as they tell others, no one ever called or showed up. I also never got a confirmation email upon my initial scheduling. I had to call the 11th day, and they said someone would be out the upcoming Monday. They had to resend the emails and basically just threw the original rep under the bus. They also couldn't tell me the price of my siding section, so could only quote me their "job minimum" of $285, and seemed to imply the siding likely could be covered by that given a smaller patio. They never showed up Monday either, but came two days later, with no call or communication until they were literally at my home. I asked about the siding, and the tech said, "probably a hundred bucks, but since you're an annual member I'll cut it to $75 and do your front walkway too". I said I didn't sign up for that yet and he said they apparently signed me up already. Not cool. I agreed just to get this all over with, and the tech was nice enough of a human. He mentioned a "stain" on my siding he couldn't get out, but after he left and things started to dry, I noticed a good bit of dirt still in the siding crevices and was dripping down. When I wiped at this "stain" with some force of a paper towel, it started to come off. The rest of the job was just OK, but not worth the cost in my opinion (I've done this myself before). Finally, when the tech left, he said the billing would happen automatically. But then, I got emails days later asking me to submit payment after a previous auto payment submission. I have sent emails and a text and have received no response to these issues. They obviously just want to take your money and on their timetable. If you know anyone more local and personable, use them instead. If this negative review saves even one person from wasting money and a headache, it will be worth it. read more

Despicable business practices. They included a subscription when I hired them, had no communication for a year, and are now attempting to bully me into more services ( I have moved and cannot have anything power washed) or I have to pay an almost $300 cancelation fee. Do NOT hire them to install your holiday lights. They installed our lights as a new customer in 2023 and did a wonderful job. This year we cannot get on their schedule. They promised to install before Thanksgiving and are bumping us for new customer installations. They offered to leave the lights up until February for "extra" time. Are you kidding me? read more

They are not willing to do decks unless there are steps to get to to deck. They will not use ladders to access your deck, to go through your home or go through other peoples property, which is odd because they have to do that if they work on townhomes. in any case I had to look elsewhere. They should put this on their website and it should be the first think the ask when you call to get a quote. read more

I was told when I set up the service that someone would come within the next week, in plenty of time for an event I was having. Then I called multiple times over the next two weeks and was told repeatedly that they would not be able to tell me when someone was coming and they would text me when they were on the way -- no day, no time. They continued to promise it would be within the promised 5-10 business days. It got to the last day and I was told that no, they didn't have anyone that could do the job. The takeaways from this are the that (1) do not believe what the salespeople tell you. They do not run the scheduling and have no influence, (2) the people that do the scheduling are incredibly unhelpful and, at times, rude, and (3) you have no guarantees, even if they tell you it is a guarantee they will be there in a certain number of days. Also, DO NOT sign up for their "free" membership plan. If you don't use them the following year they charge you anyway -- it's not free. I didn't sign up for this but had to ask multiple questions and read the fine print before learning this. Terrible business. read more
