He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. Also told me he would slide on a new $22 rubber seal at the bottom of the door for $100. So $1350! Their website and YouTube channel clear say that this project would require a 1/2 horse power unit. Bought a 1/2 hp at Lowe's for $200 and they installed it for $300. It took them an hour. I slid my own rubber seal on the bottom (bought on Amazon for $22) $550 vs $1350. Do your homework!
