Purchased all my kitchen appliances from here during their Labor Day Sale. They had excellent sale prices, especially when bundling brands. The associate was very helpful and gave us his opinion on different brands, which would fit our needs and longevity. The delivery and installation process was unfortunately not as good as the in-store experience. The delivery guys refused to touch the water line attached to our fridge and said our 3 prong electrical outlet of our dryer was not up to code and wouldn't install it, despite us consulting with 2 separate electricians on the outlet safety and the Lowes website allowing us to select a 3-prong cord. We had to hire a plumber to come out to detach the water line and an electrician to install a new 4 prong outlet. It was a significant extra cost, as well as took up our time to coordinate all the appointments between work. We are also still waiting on our dishwasher to be delivered and installed, which was ordered a month ago. Store itself is clean and associates are helpful, but the installation and other services and not up to expectations. read more

For a few years, I have occasionally shopped at this Lowe's Home Improvement store. I think that this store has a good selection of appliances, hardware, electrical and plumbing supplies, primers and paints, flooring materials, window treatments, landscaping supplies, etcetera. For my most recent visit, I shopped only in the garden center. All products that I wanted were in stock. I stacked 20 bags of soil onto a cart. Because of the recent rains, the bags were wet and muddy. I felt surprised and happy that one brand had a sale for buying three bags and getting three bags for free. At the checkout, I did not have to wait in line at all. The cashier politely greeted me, accurately scanned my purchase and processed my payment, and thanked me. read more

I purchased $2000 worth of flooring. I had some left over. I did not have my receipt so I called this morning to make sure that I could return it and let the lady know that I purchased it in October. She's like no problem we can look it up through the credit card you used when you purchased it. I load up my car I bring it back. I go in and then they say nope sorry it's past 90 days. I'm like well nobody bothered to tell me that and there was nothing they wouldn't do. I specifically told them when I purchased it when I called and she said no problem bring it in I logged in and nobody did anything about it. They refuse to take it back absolutely horrible. read more

I started working with Lowes on a kitchen project in December there has been one delay after another starting with damaged Diamond cabinets after reordering cabinets they came in damaged a second time. Next they came in the wrong size, after that they came in unfinished. Now there is a delay with the counter tops because of waiting to or payment that they could have had 3 weeks ago if the would have had the correct email address or just reached out and let us know what they needed. This has been a complete cluster. read more

Placed an order for pickup for some soil. Went through without issue. Got the email that it was ready for pickup. Got to the store. It wasn't ready for pickup. Got scanned in, they handed us the receipt and said to drive around to loading. No one at loading. Went looking for someone to help. They were all standing around. Asked where our pickup was. One guy read it and pointed to where the items were still on the shelves and indicated we could go get it. We had to load it ourselves, 3 workers didn't offer to help load an order that was supposedly ready for us to pickup at the store. Wasn't ready. No one to help us with the order. No one to help with a pickup order. Failure from the start. read more

Went to purchase $1700 worth of washer and dryers. Waited 15 minutes for somebody to show up to assist, and left and took our business to Home Depot. Good luck finding anybody to help here. On our way out we saw a handful of employees in different aisles and asked one of them if they could find somebody to help us. We went back and waited 5 more minutes and nobody showed up. The store was empty. read more

Lowe's Home Improvement - Hardware Stores Near Me - Gibsonia, Pennsylvania

Okay, i have had enough. I normally would never leave type of review, this is unacceptable. I purchased a patio set on Sunday May 22. It was supposed to be delivered Monday between 12 and 4 and i was supposed to get a call 30 minutes prior. At 4 i started calling the number i was given and the message said it was en route. I wanted to speak to an associate and got put on hold for 25 minutes. Called back and was transfered to "delivery" and sent to dead air for another 10. Called agin and was told by the associate that would check and call me back. 30 minutes later i had to call again, got the same associate and was told she just got off the phone with the delivery people and they were running 3 hours behind. I can accept that. 2 hours later i get a call to reschedule because "the delivery truck had neber showed up that day"! If theu jever showed up, how were they en route? Called again and got Lisa who was the acting store manager who assured me she would investigate call me back. She actually did. She told me she could see it had been rescheduled already for Tuesday May 24 and that i had been called to confirm it. No one had ever called me. She then says she can't see the delivery window, and that Ray, the delivery manager would call me in the morning. He did. But he said i was never put on the delivery schedule for Tuesday after I was told I was because they called me to do it. Whatevs.. so, despite the fiasco this is becoming, he can't get it to me Tuesday and puts me on for Wednesday deliver from 1 to 5. 5 comes and goes...no delivery. So i call and talk to Beth Ann who was very nice and I felt was helping to get this resolved. She checked on it and tells me its on the way and they are going to credit me part of the purchase price. Sounds okay? Then it all falls apart... My wife was home. When she had to leave, i came home and waited...and waited...and waited... 8:15, i call the store again, ask for BethAnn, and when i get and ask what was happening, she gives the phone to Rob who wanted to measure dicks. Rob tells me the driver was right there, and said they tried to deliver it and no one was home. Total lie in a string of lies! He said a neighbor saw him, and that he tried to call. No one ever called. I got hot and admitted swore at Rob when he refused to have to them get back in the truck and deliver it. I then tried to call Lowe's customer service, which was closed, and then called the store one last time. I asked for Bethann and got Rob again. Told him I did want him, i wanted Bethann and she says she did not want to talk to me because i was nasty with her (according to Rob). I was never anything but polite to her because she was the only one who even tried to help me. So either Rob was lying some more, or she just felt it was out of her hands. I asked Rob to look at the driver's call log to verify he called, but amazing that guy had just left, and nobody even knows his name. From start to finish this has been a fiasco and NOBODY at Lowe's wants to help resolve it. Disgusting customer service. Keep this in mind before buying here. There are better options read more

I purchased a dishwasher in November with Lowe's gift cards with an expected delivery date of February. Lowe's call twice extending the date to April and then July. In the meantime my son repaired the old dishwasher so I went to Lowe's to cancel the order. Because it was purchased with gift cards, they only reimburse with gift cards. I now have over $1500.00 in cards. BUYER BEWARE: NEVER BUY LARGE ITEMS WITH GIFT CARDS. WHAT A RIP, THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY! read more

Spent over $ 6000 at the Grandview store last year . Bought driveway sealer for another $ 200+ . Started to wash off in the first several months and now a year later it is 90% gone . Contacted Gardner-Gibson the manufacture and got a total BS of a runabout . Even told me it was raining the weekend that I applied it .Went to Lowe`s , took my info with a half dozen pictures and never heard a word . If they are selling a worthless product and find out about it I would expect some sort of help . Anyone that is writing a favorable review on the BlackJack sealer is ether working for Gardner-Gibson or Lowe`s . Come look at my driveway. .Sealed by a professional worker . No company will seal it now till the rest of the garbage washes off . read more
