Noone came to ask if we needed help. We had our two kids with us and we had no idea what we were getting into. Neither of us has ever redone a kitchen before. I had no idea we would be walking through actual slabs. Seemed super dangerous. Find out later, after visiting another place (without children), that most places make you sign a waiver. Not Y&Q they had no regard for our safety. I chalked that up to a bad experience and decided to give them a second chance. They were recommended by a friend. I call to see if we could actually set up an appointment. The lady who answered was super hard to understand and not helpful at all. She was super dismissive. They may be cheap, but they sure are not easy to work with.
