I did a bit of research when I was looking for new countertops and I'm so happy I found Kitchenramma. They were so helpful when I was trying to make a decision on what quartz would look right with my cabinets. Once I picked out the quartz that I wanted they taped it out so I could get an idea of exactly how it would look. They did a great job with installation and were very neat. They installed it in January and I recently noticed 2 very tiny spots around my sink and I emailed them to see what i could do and within a few days they called and came out to see it and fixed it. I was so surprised that they handled it so quickly and I was thrilled that it was an easy fix. A lot of companies don't stand behind their products anymore but I can say that Kitchenramma definitely does and for that reason I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. When they initially installed our countertop they did not level it appropriately and then blamed it on us, charged us $400 to come back out to fix their mistake and then destroyed electrical boxes and refused to fix them. On top of all this the owners threatened to have their workers come in and rip the countertop out while I was home alone with my two children. Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business and trying to get them to acknowledge their mistakes is a waste of time because they will just talk in circles acting like they don't understand. read more

I bought a home about a year ago that had a kitchen, bar, powder room, and laundry room cabinet and counters installed by Kitchenramma. I absolutely love the cabinets and counters - they really are stunning. Nearly everybody who first comes to the house says the same thing - "Wow, nice kitchen!" I actually had just assumed that the cabinets were Home Depot or Ikea or something, but never had a reason to ask until one day, I noticed that my undermount sink had come undone from the counter, and it was starting to hang in the front. I started looking for a handyman to fix it, but hand an idea, and I found out from the seller that Kitchenramma was the installer, went in and spoke to King (the owner, I believe), who was super friendly and stood by their work, offering to send somebody out to do the warrantied repair! Once I had time to actually meet somebody at the house, he got somebody out right away who did the repair quickly. He even removed some lemon etching on my marble with a razor blade - like magic! While I haven't gone through the experience of ordering & installing cabinets, I can certainly say that the end product is fantastic and beautiful, and that they stand behind their work. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new kitchen! read more

Did a nice job on the Granite, but I would not recommend these people (Kitchenrama)to anyone. They installed the countertops and that's it. I had to install my own water faucet (run water lines), rewire my cooktop, hook the drains back up to my sink and garbage disposal, they didn't wipe anything down, didn't sweep, I had to go out in the snow to bring my sink back in and use parts that they disposed of as trash, they spilled epoxy in an open water valve that I had to grind off with a Dremel tool without damaging the threads. Overall just a bad experience. Stay away from these people at all cost. read more

I definitely do not recommend Pittsburgh Kitchenramma! They sold us a faucet for our kitchen sink for double the cost of what is online. The faucet went bad after three weeks and they refused to refund us our money, including installation. Our plumber informed us that he was not surprised because it was very cheap. So now we not only had to go to a third party to buy a better quality faucet, we had to pay for installation again as well. After spending a few thousand dollars with them, to not receive a refund is very disappointing. Also, our countertops were not measured correctly. read more

These guys are the BEST!!! Recommended to me by a friend for new countertops, I took a chance after looking a few other places and I'm so glad I did!! Everyone was super friendly from start to finish, especially John. I'm very hands on and loved being able to walk around, ask a million questions, and look at the actual pieces they had available. Turnaround time was SUPER fast - two weeks start to finish. The counter installation itself went so smoothly. The guys were super careful during the whole process and kept me in the loop while they were installing - we had fun! I had ordered my own sink and they took great care not to scratch it. We found our quartz countertops for a very good price, but then when we had them come out and measure they told us our "undermount sink" would have to be "dropped in" instead, because of the depth of the countertop. Our cabinets are the standard 25.5 inch depth and 36 inches wide. Our sink was normal size. Our contractor said this made so sense (especially since dropping in a sink would require a larger cut in the instance) but Chan refused to listen and continuously told use it was too big despite bringing the template (showed it fit 25 inches countertops), sink itself in with us and providing the manual. The sink instruction manual even said "this cannot be mounted over the counter" and she insisted that it still could be (although I imagine would have looked stupid). She eventually got angry and walked away, said we should find someone else to do the counters and would refund us. We went somewhere else who instantly said no problem on the install. We called for our refund and she refused. Very poor service, and also suspect they have poor installation quality if they cannot cut countertops for standard size sinks. We got our countertops elsewhere and they had zero issues putting in the sink as it was designed. read more
