I began communicating with them 6/22/26. There were emails back and forth several times, ironing out the details of the materials and work I wanted to have done. I thought it was odd that no one was calling me to discuss the details or to set up an appointment to come to my home to get exact details themselves. I got my first phone call from the company on 7/7/26. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and seemed to be very genuine. I explained I would be on vacation should see reach out and me not respond. She explained that their installers are a third party company and had to work with them to get the quote, but said she had all the information she now needed to get that. I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. I have already begun sharing my experience with those people and others and I will continue to do so. I do NOT recommend this company in any capacity.

We had gone to 6 different granite dealers in the area trying to find a slab in that color and style. We were told that was a hard one to find and there may not be any available. A couple granite dealers asked us what our 2nd choice was. We went to Lexmarusa in Mckeesport. Ruth also told us that was a hard one to get. She said be patient and let her see what she could find. It took a couple weeks but she found it. In fact, she found 4 of them. They were all out of state. She had the suppliers send us pictures and videos of the slabs. The slab we loved was in New Jersey. Ruth had 2 slabs shipped in and had us come to their shop for us to see the one we liked the best. They were more beautiful in person. When the installation crew came in, Jason was so meticulous in his work. Everything had to be perfect. Jason told me he had worked with granite for more than 20 years. I believe that. Everything came out perfect. Now, every time I walk up to our countertop, I look at the beauty of the granite. I look at all the colors and the patterns in the stone. It looks different each time I look at it. The best way to describe it is WOW. Lexmarusa was very reasonable in their price, and their workmanship was 2nd to none. She answered all of our questions and gave us great service throughout the project. All materials that were left over from our pallets were returned and credited on our final invoice. I would highly recommend Collier Stone for anyone interested in quality stone products at a fair price.
