Our kitchen contractor partners with Choice Granite for countertops. We met him there and worked with Kelsey to find the perfect slab. She was very patient, very knowledgeable and super helpful in the process. She actually even had a sample of the floor we chose and a white cabinet that we were able to put up against the slabs to make sure it all worked together. The gentleman that came to do our template was so friendly and detail oriented. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect and answer any of our questions. We were able to go back to Choice Granite and select what sections of the slab would be used and where. You could tell the pride they took in their work and were so dedicated to getting it just right. The install day came and the install team was fantastic. They were efficient, professional and very friendly. Everything went smoothly. The finished product is awesome! You can tell just how much time they put into make sure everything was perfect. The backsplash lines up perfectly with the design on the actual counter etc. They were a true pleasure to work with and I'm so thankful that our contractor took us there! read more

I used Choice Granite & Marble to install 2 kitchen countertops (incl a farmhouse sink), a marble window sill, and two granite hearths in a house I'm remodeling. Their work was excellent. The template guy was thorough and accurate. Fabrication was completed on the day they promised and the install team was punctual. They took care not to damage any of the rest of the house during the install process. Worth noting that due to an error on my part, they had to make a second trip to install a part of the countertop. Pricing was reasonable given the scope of work we requested, which included substantial hand-prep for the hearths (curved to fit the fireplace). The install techs are pretty quiet, but I'm paying them to install countertops, not to talk my ear off. They were certainly professional and the install was perfect (incl a seam that was flawless). I can't speak to the old reviews here, but I had numerous interactions with the office staff, the install manager, and the team- everyone was professional and courteous. About a month ago I went to Choice Granite to choose new counter tops for my kitchen. They were extremely helpful and patient because it took me quite a while to decide. The counters were ready in two weeks (as promised). Three young men came to do the job. It took them less than 2 hrs. to rip out all the old counters and install the new ones. They were meticulous with the installation. But above all, they were three of the nicest, friendliest, respectful young men. They cleaned up everything, including wiping the floor, before they left. I would recommend them for any project you have. read more

We went to Choice looking for a piece of remnant stone for a small bathroom remodel. We were turned away after being told that cutting a piece of 36x36 marble would be a "liability" to them and that we needed to tile our bathroom floor. Sorry but it really isn't your business what we intend to use the stone. Especially considering any local hardware store sells 24x24 marble tiles for shower floors it isn't much of a difference. None of that considering that we intended to install no slip tracks on the stone. Whatever they thought of us and our project, being told "I really don't want to do this for you" by the front desk lady felt inappropriate and unprofessional. My partner and I felt like we were judged on our appearances and discriminated. And of course this is after walking into the office three separate times and being ignored when we were looking for service. Should have been the first red flag to LEAVE and find somewhere they actually respect their perfectly willing, cash paying customers. We are rebuilding our entire house and my partner is in love with stone. He is a contractor and will be telling everyone NOT to go to Choice Granite & Marble. You don't know how much business you've lost out on by turning us away with your judgement and bad attitude. read more

Beware that "Choice" Granite and Marble might not be such a great choice! My under mount kitchen sink literally fell out after a few years. I contacted "Choice" and they said it was not their problem anymore as the warranty was only for 1 year so it would be $150/hr to have them fix it. After looking closer the original installers didn't properly attach the sink as there were several clip holes drilled that were never used. Instead they just left the sink resting on a tiny sliver of particle board left over from when they hacked up the cabinet to install. So, in the end my sink was literally being held up by the silicone calking alone in most areas. I guess that's good enough installation to get them past the warranty period so that is all they care about. Please consider a higher quality company when making this type of investment because you get what you pay for. read more

Working with this company was a breath of fresh air during renovating my boyfriend's father's house. Not only were they professional, prompt, and very responsive throughout the whole process, but they also showed up on time with everything the needed to complete the job. Literally every other trade involved in our renovation was late on their deadlines by at least two weeks. The date they originally gave us was the date the granite was completely and flawlessly installed without a hitch. What a rarity! It was worth every penny to have such beautiful granite installed by such competent and professional folks. They have a great selection as well. read more

They laid the job out, installed the granite and at a great price and to perfection. If you're looking for granite or marble I could not recommend anyone more than Choice Granite. The sales staff was great, they spent a lot of time with us and actually went with us picking out granite at different locations to find the granite that we liked and later purchased. After our kitchen cabinets were installed they were right on time to get the measurements and set up an install date. Do not be fooled by their claim that they have been in business for 40 years. Yes, I did use this business twice before, for a large bath and kitchen project, when it was known as Marble Associates and was run by the original and previous owners, who had been there for 40 years.Those jobs were professionally done and the owners and staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. The previous owner was a gentleman and took pride in his work. The business is still in the same location, but it was sold and the name was changed. I chose them again for a small bathroom counter top which was needed for a whole bath remodel. It was an unequivocal disaster. Numerous phone calls were NEVER returned, and even though I provided my feedback on the post-installation form, which I was told would be seen and reviewed with the owner David, I never heard from him, except when he called me up to threaten to take me to court for the unpaid balance, even though I had not received a bill for the balance. He was definitely not interested in listening to my experience, and said he only would listen to me if I gave him a credit card number over the phone, which I refused to do. At this point, I had lost all trust, and was not going to give my credit card number to somebody I had never met. He could have cared less that my bath remodel was put a month behind schedule because of their incompetency and was raising his voice and talking over me. Despite the fact that they had my Kohler bath sink in their possession to make sure that the cutout was correct, the first time they came to install the counter top, the sink cutout was too small and looked ridiculous. They took it back to the shop for a rework, and weeks later came back to install it, instead of fast-tracking it. This put the remodel a complete month behind schedule, and by that time, my contractor had to move onto another job, and I had to wait until he had time to come back and complete the bathroom. If you want to work with a business that could care less about customer satisfaction, then work with Choice Granite. The installers were quite apologetic and were the only bright spot in the whole fiasco. I am in the middle of another large kitchen remodel project, and I thank God that I had this experience on a small bath project, otherwise I might have made a major mistake and given them my new kitchen project without knowing any better. Quite frankly, I have never been treated so rudely, and would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. I sent them a check for the balance, and put them in my rear view mirror permanently. read more

We used Choice Granite and Marble for our kitchen and bath. They were late getting started and did substandard installation. When we complained about the way it looked we were told they did not have enough material to do any rework. Then we were told that if we decided to have anything reworked we would have to purchase a new slab of material, ($1,200.00), that may not match. They are not pleasant to deal with. Last year I got my kitchen counter-top done. I chose this company because I thought that it would be done right. They even came out and made a template so the measurements would be accurate. Well, one end was 1/4 short! But, what really made me made was the installers. They were so rude and so unprofessional. They damaged things while removing my old counter-top, and when I brought it to their attention, like a little kid, they said "I did not do that'. I ended up arguing with these installers and it was an unpleasant experience. This year I am looking for a granite top on my vanity, and I refuse to call this company. read more
