Noone came to ask if we needed help. We had our two kids with us and we had no idea what we were getting into. Neither of us has ever redone a kitchen before. I had no idea we would be walking through actual slabs. Seemed super dangerous. Find out later, after visiting another place (without children), that most places make you sign a waiver. Not Y&Q they had no regard for our safety. I chalked that up to a bad experience and decided to give them a second chance. They were recommended by a friend. I call to see if we could actually set up an appointment. The lady who answered was super hard to understand and not helpful at all. She was super dismissive. They may be cheap, but they sure are not easy to work with.

Recommendation: Come in here, at least for a look at the stuff…read more While the quality of some of the products at places like this may not be the best, it doesn't mean it doesn't serve its purpose, and it doesn't carry all junk. You'll still be able to find Wusthof or Zwillig knives here, along with KitchenAid products and Tfal cookware sets, so premium or midrange items are not unheard of. However, most of the stuff is cheap junk, so I like to think of it as a Harbor Freight of kitchen supplies. If you need it, buy it for dirt cheap from a place like this first and then if that breaks, get a higher quality replacement. Anyway, the end of the shelves in the back are clearance racks, meaning you can find even better deals on items back there. Take a look next time you walk by! There's so much cool kitchen innovation out there, and Kitchen Collection has a bunch of it!

Ryland S.- Isaac S. - Mark M & Tyler J, were first on scene. ALL were very polite & informed us on every cut, move & slice they made. Basically, whole tub area demolished, and new shower installed and put in a new window done that day. Very respectful crew. Stayed here till after 5, and cleaned everything. Day 2- 9am Ryland & Isaac was accompanied by Justice M. New floor, vanity and touch ups... bathroom completed. New sink & vanity, toilet & floor. What they said would & should happen, did happen and we are very happy at the outcome. VERY disappointed with this company. A friend referred me to the company based on him purchasing…read morematerials from them. He told me they do installs also. I began communicating with them 6/22/26. There were emails back and forth several times, ironing out the details of the materials and work I wanted to have done. I thought it was odd that no one was calling me to discuss the details or to set up an appointment to come to my home to get exact details themselves. I got my first phone call from the company on 7/7/26. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and seemed to be very genuine. I explained I would be on vacation should see reach out and me not respond. She explained that their installers are a third party company and had to work with them to get the quote, but said she had all the information she now needed to get that. I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. I have already begun sharing my experience with those people and others and I will continue to do so. I do NOT recommend this company in any capacity.
