I finally got a call from the service man he tried to line the handles up & stated it was not anything we did! Don't use them, I found frig cheaper at the big box stores, I wanted to supply this store since my Dad went there for years but they don't call back or try to make things right!!! This took them over a month with numerous calls to give any respect! Go somewhere else. We worked with Mark to place that order and he was very helpful and efficient in taking care of us. While we were talking to him, Marty, the owner, started talking to us as well. He was genuinely concerned for us and trying to find an immediate solution so we wouldn't lose all of our frozen food over the weekend. He contacted the Allison Park store and found that they had a smaller size freezer in stock that he offered to us as a loaner for the weekend if we could pick up it up from that store. Never have I worked with an appliance store that cared so much and was willing go to that extreme to help. We saved our frozen goods by getting the loaner and then we returned it when we got our new freezer on Monday. The new freezer is so nice and big and bright. I can only hope it last as long as its predecessor that we purchased at Daniel's 23 years prior.

Verizon has switched to a $29 screen repair for unlimited occurrences. Not so with Best Buy. Still a very high deductible. Only one store here is authorized to repair Samsung phones (Monroeville) and they have only done one so far and it might take a week. Only slightly cheaper than other stores like this one at Century III which send you a replacement phone. Between the two options, it's something between 100 and 200. The phone still works so researched. Turns out Verizon has an awesome deal going as of July 11, 2022.I didn't believe it online so did the online chat with a rep. Turns out they have a trade-in program in which I can trade in my cracked screen Samsung s20 for a new s22 basic model worth 799 on my existing line with my existing unlimited plan for free. Didn't have to fix the screen first. Didn't have to be a new customer. Didn't have to add a new line.  Just paid a 35 upgrade charge.  I will pick it up at a store close to me tomorrrow or next day. I changed my protection plan back to verizon, as well. Regardless of this great deal, i could have gotten my screen reoaired for 29 dollars if i had remained with verizon's protection plan instead if best buy's plan. So... He also used a small amount of putty on a few small connecting point/holes. He did not seem to know much about my appliances at all. I asked if I paid with check if he would hold onto it for 3 days. He agreed. I was charged a $50 overdraft fee by my bank when he went straight to the bank with it. When I called him multiple times to ask why he did that, he ghosted me. Lesson learned. I would not recommend. Expertise did not seem adequate, work was lazy and overpriced, and he does not have integrity nor keep his word.

When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars on appliances at a store, you would think that the business would appreciate it and try to assist you if issues arose. Not Bridgeville Appliance. We bought extended warranties from Bridgeville since they told us the extended warranty is better than the manufacturer's warranty and Bridgeville will repair them - not some other company. Ice maker broke in early August - needed a cutting grid. We called Bridgeville to get it repaired and they told us that they do not repair that brand of ice maker - when we were told at purchase that they repaired everything in house. Since they couldn't repair it, they outsourced it to another company. The warranty company that Bridgeville Appliance sold us is still investigating the claim. I was so furious at what Bridgeville Appliance sold us that I private paid over $600 to get the ice maker fixed. It is 3 months later and the warranty company is still investigating. I contacted Bridgeville Appliance and they told me it was a service issue and the owner or manager were notified. A month later and nothing from the owner. Nothing from the manager. There are a lot of companies out there that sell higher end appliances. Companies that would appreciate your business. Go to one of them. The customer service was fantastic as I was asked several times if there was anything specific I was looking for and if they could help me. It was nice to see several people on the floor working and anxious to be helpful to customers. I also found the prices to be really fair here. The water hyacinths were a couple of dollars less than the sad looking ones at the other place, and the couple of plants I got were priced at below what I would have paid at a big box store. I would always rather support a local business. I also remember from when I was younger that they do nice special events here such as Santa photos during the holidays.
