I'm a recent first time home buyer. I'm doing it by myself, on a budget, so a lot of my home repairs consist of a few YouTube videos, several trips to Home Depot or other supply stores and a lot of me bothering those employees with uneducated and obnoxious questions. Hey, a girl's gotta do what she has to do these days. The two gentlemen who helped me here were absolutely wonderful, a father and son whom I assumed own the place. When I walked through their door proudly holding a part I thought was my furnace igniter, they only laughed at me a little bit while telling me, "That is not a furnace igniter." Oh, I forgot to mention I walked in the door 5 minutes to close (I know, dick move, but I expected to be in and out), and they seemed to think nothing of spending the next 20 minutes explaining some basics about the igniter and how I might easily find it, take it out etc. The next day I returned with the proper piece and once again was sent on my way with about 15-20 minutes of advice and helpful tips and pointers. After reading the rest of the reviews on the page, it's obvious this is just how these guys run their business. You just don't find customer service like that much anymore. They helped me saved around $150 on furnace repairs. Cannot recommend them enough! read more

Furnace stopped working in December, and I needed a specific part. Ordering the part online would have taken 4-5 days. Called Mars Supply at 9:00 in the morning. They said they didn't have it in stock. But they were nice enough to call one of their salesman who was driving in from Cleveland later that day. I had the part in my hand that afternoon, and a working furnace by dinner! These guys are The Best! Always make them your first call If you need anything HVAC related. Highly recommended! read more

Mars Supply is your definite first stop for Heating Supplies. I went to 2 different supply chains who didn't carry 1 1/4 parts for my boiler. They had nothing. Mars had everything and new everything about their product. They are very helpful and HONEST. They were upfront with parts I really didn't need. Great place and a huge help. Don't waste time or gas. Had a part go out on my mother in laws furnace during a horrible cold spell and had no clue where to turn. Heard about this place and called up with the furnace model and number, gave the info to Bruce (who was incredibly friendly and helpful) and he tracked down the part and had it overnighted to him. Picked it up the next day, price was reasonable, and had our furnace fixed in no time. Couldn't have asked for better service! Would highly recommend this place! If you are having a plumbing problem.They won't fix it for you but they will tell you exactly what to do to fix it. I had a problem with the motor on my boiler furnace. I was ready to replace the motor. Once I talked to these people..... Turns out I just needed an $8.00 part instead of a $250.00 motor. read more

Was having furnace problems during the recent cold snap, and these guys were incredibly helpful with discussing the potential problems, as well as finding parts. I really appreciated their attention to detail, and that they were actually willing to talk and discuss the problems. You don't find this type of place very often these days. Very helpful troubleshooting issue with fan motor. Sold me what I needed and did not take advantage of me.

I was panicking trying to find a new pilot light assembly for my 50+ year old boiler. No one had anything that came close. I ran past Chuba Heating and Plumbing in Homestead to ask if they knew where I could get something for an old boiler and they suggested this place. Wow. What a find. Bruce was a great guy and they walked me through everything. I spent less than $40 on the parts I needed and he showed me how to install it. It looks like they have parts for pretty much anything you can imagine and the know how to point you in the right direction. I saved a fortune having an HVAC guy come and charge me lord knows what for 10 minutes worth of work. I'm a computer guy and am clueless about plumbing. But, they made it seem pretty simple. I'm happy to say, my boiler is working thanks to the guys at Mars Wholesale! They accept cash and credit cards. Seriously, if you need some off the wall parts and standard run of the mill parts for plumbing or hvac, go here. Thanks a bunch guys.
