I placed a quick call to Rollier's and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They let me know that they had some watercolor crayons and that they would hold them for me at the front desk. I popped over and ended up buying a plethora of fun craft items. The staff were personable throughout my interactions with them. If you need hardware, or homeware, or craft supplies, or cooking supplies, or basic food items, and so much more - they have it here. The store is well organized and you can tell that the staff take genuine delight in assisting their customers. My car has keyless start and entry fob with a valet key in the back to get in if the battery dies or something. Anyways, Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot wouldn't cut them. They would only cut keys that were purchased from them. Anyways, I tried this place and lucked out. They have a much better key cutting operation than any place I've ever seen. So many options were available, but they were more than willing to accommodate me. The older gentleman took my two blanks and my original without hesitation and began to cut them before my eyes. He was done in a jiffy and the price was about as good as it gets. I will make it a point to come here in the future or recommend to anyone else to go here for key cutting services. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and quick to help. The store seems to have a larger selection of items for a smaller place. It's always nice to support local business.

We ended up taking it to a guy we found on Facebook called Milich Small equipment repair in new Alexandria. He had it running and working for less than $20. We ended up giving him $100 tip because he wouldn't take anything for service. I do not recommend Fletcher. There are a bunch of crooks and they don't know what they're doing. The only reason we ever went to them was because they did one of our push mowers. And they told us that it was fixed they had to put a new carburetor on. Which somehow cost more than a lawnmower. So if you need repairs done, I will go to milich small equipment repair. he charges a flat rate of $50 for a service or less if it's something small. Any charges you when he get charged for the park. So if the park cost $20 to him he charged you $20 nothing extra like Fletcher. The carburetor that they put on our lawnmower, ended up dying like two years later. When Dan put on the new carburetor on our push mower, it cost the same amount. And he told us that it was a Chinese version that they put on that's why I didn't last that long but they charged us $300 for the carburetor.

This location used to be a dollar store. I was heading out to the grocery store the other day and needed just a few items for our new house. It could have waiting, but I figured I'd give this hardware store a try, since I was right there. I was looking for three things: numbers for our mailbox, a silver light switch cover (we were one short), and a plastic piece to go over a vent. Surprisingly, I found all three at this little gem. The only downside is that the switch covers only came in brown, cream, and white...no silver for a double switch. No worries. Since they were something like $1.39, I bought one for the time being until the next time I head out to Lowe's or Home Depot. On the down side...unfortunately, I don't think this place will get much business. It's in a bad location and really just can't compete with the bigger box stores. However, I hope it sticks around. The employees were more than helpful and I got a great big smile from the cashier. The prices are obviously a little more expensive than a bigger store, but they were not outrageous. For me, it was worth it to just have to drive a few miles down the road.

Far more than your average hardware store. Any business can stock their shelves with endless merchandise, but very few can back up their products and services with the level of knowledge and dedicated service found underneath this roof. Its usually my go- to for screen repairs and replacement. Other services include key- making, glass cutting, equipment rentals, small engine repair and so on. This family owned business is an asset to the community and a refreshing alternative to chain box stores. Consistent staff and consistent service is obviously key to their longevity.

I've used practically every granite and stone company in the Pittsburgh area (depending where I'm doing a renovation). Seems to me that a vast majority of them are Chinese-owned and operated, and while I do have good relationships with all of the companies I use, I often tolerate things that I should not tolerate, such as bad workmanship, or mistakes, so long as it gets corrected. But the problem is, the mistakes I tolerate shouldn't be getting made to begin with if everyone involved was at the top of their game and more professional. I mean I've literally had companies bring the wrong countertop to my jobs and then expect me to talk my customer into keeping the wrong counter, after picking what they wanted. So what went well? First of all Laura speaks good English, and she was the face of Giant Stone, the first person I met when I walked in. Secondly their showroom is very well organized and it feels welcoming and clean. 3rd, they know their stuff. Laura knew everything about everything and answered every question I had. 4th, they're good Consultants. Laura walked me out into the shop and I had the liberty to look at everything available. 5th, they agreed to work with me on the price. 6th, I ordered something without seeing it against my cabinets and although I had a good inclination it might work, I had some reservations that it might not work. Laura gave me samples to put against the cabinets, and said if it didn't work that I could choose something different and they would still honor the discount. Turns out that's exactly what happened. Laura had no problem switching out the order to go with a different stone in the same price range and gave me the same discount. 7th, Laura cut me a special sample of something they didn't have a sample for. 8th, The installer men showed up on time at the job, and every aspect of the stone was pre-cut at the shop including little notch-outs for the cabinets and the walls. Most companies I've experienced do these types of cuts on site and it takes a lot more time and it makes a lot more mess. The quartz countertops were cut precisely, and they fit perfectly, and I was really impressed because the measurements were all done by hand. The measuring guy was very meticulous and very knowledgeable and he also spoke good English. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and it looks spectacular. In a way, they exceeded my expectations because I almost expected less due to the subpar work that I've been accustomed to! Shame on me. But these guys are good, and they deliver on superior experience from A to Z!
