Luckily, my guess was on the money. My visit to Master's Hardware was friendly, efficient, and informative. Unlike some hardware stores, where you're left to fend for yourself, Master's Hardware helps you pick up everything you need in a very non-salesy, unobtrusive way. For nails, wall anchors, lighting pull-chain extensions, and all your other little moving needs, Master's will do the trick. Not sure about bigger projects, so you might want to call ahead if you're planning serious renovations or, I don't know, demolition. If you're clueless like me, this is the place to go.

I called to look for some roll fence today because it is hard to find these days on account of the fact most of it is made in China, and supply chains are disrupted. This know and understand. But when asked when they would be getting any more in, the woman who on the phone said "I don't know, you'll have to ask governor Wolf." She was trying to blame supply problems with china on the governor. Any place or business that is going to pass around BS conspiracy theories and get political over fence, when the real problem is the material is made in china, is a no-go place in my book. I'm done with this place. They don't enforce the mask rules either.

Elder Abuse by Lowe's?…read more I'm calling out Lowe's Home Improvement for what I believe is a serious case of elder abuse. They took money from a senior citizen and have refused to provide the services promised -- no installation, no resolution, and no accountability. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's exploitation. Seniors deserve protection, respect, and dignity -- not to be ignored or taken advantage of.
