I should of walked away however due to the interesting conversation that the employees were having about charging clients who were locked out of their vehicles before preforming the unlocking I stayed. It was rather sad to hear these people say that they are perfectly fine with leaving someone out in the cold for not wanting to provide credit card numbers over the phone. PAY FIRST ! What if your purse or wallet is locked in the car ? They said they wouldn't unlock anyone who doesn't PAY FIRST despite having the form of payment in the car that they are unlocking, on top of that they make them sign a liability agreement that if they are unable to unlock or they damage your car they are not to be held liable! What a joke ! Good business to avoid in the future for myself and for anyone looking to be treated as a customer and not just a walking dollar sign.

Brandon came to the house and did the templates for the kitchen and bathroom countertops. He also returned 2 weeks later with the install crew (Steve and Kenny I think). They ran into problems with my cabinets but took the time to make sure it was done RIGHT, not just fast. 10 out 10 would highly recommend them to anyone.

We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

I was given so many options to find the right fit, and didn't feel pressured at all. Ask for Cindy, she's fabulous. I bought a large Stein World bookcase on casters, a beautiful Bassett console, a gorgeous Norwalk ottoman, and a colorful Turkish-style rug. The delivery guys were very professional and careful with all the items. Cindy even came with the truck to see my room and help put everything together! We were so happy with the service, quality, and prices that we went back and got a bedroom set, too. When the bed set arrived, one of the side boards had a small issue, so they replaced it with a new one right away. Really can't say enough about Capparella's!

I was traveling from Scranton to Pittsburgh and needed to stop to take a meeting where I was the presenter. I called Executive Offices last minute and Lynn was so flexible, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back to Executive Offices when I'm traveling back through the area!

After filling out a claim form for the damaged items, we were informed that none of our things were covered by the insurance we paid for because we packed our own boxes. This was NEVER disclosed to us. In fact, we were told that we were "saving a couple thousand dollars by packing our own things". So we basically paid for insurance for nothing. Customer service after the move was horrible, and we were finally sent a letter and a check for $200...which doesn't come close to covering our damages. TERRIBLE.
