There's a big cardio room and to the side you'll find strength training machines and some free weights. There's also a large day care center on the left side of the building. So many kids came pouring out it must be a large space! The staff is very friendly and of course there's plenty of seating to sit in the front lobby. There are also high tables where several people were seated drinking coffee and on their computers. This is a very nice Y.
