Horrible customer service. I was there today and the was a guy returning over 50 items! 2 people on staff, and both decided to wait on him. My package was ready to go, label etc, but one could break away for less than a minute to take my package! I waited for 10-15 min and left. I will go to Linglestown Rd from now on! read more

So friendly there, wow ... also, even though it was a FedEx label, they were happy to print it out for me, and even told me where I could find the closest FedEx drop location. Some UPS Stores charge for every little action, but they were also very generous. Also, I emailed them the label to print when only one mile away, but it was waiting for me when I arrived. If I was local, this would be my go-to UPS Store! Thanks! HNY!! read more

The UPS Store - Storefront ... great location, and grab a coffee from Starbucks after you leave. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

The staff made sure not to make eye contact. lol like it's a bunch of kids and they are movie quality awkward like legit I felt like I was a side character in an episode of The Office for a second. The packages we needed shipped got there but my goodness, I think we are the first people the staff talked to. Update: the girl taking care of us tried to get us to pay for it when we told her 5 times to put it on the company account. The managers have had to get involved and they are having to call somebody not here. We are just standing around Update: they literally couldn't do it. This is so wild. read more

Typical UPS store in a strip mall. Service is fine, the parking lot is misery, the cost to ship things is craziness. They will package your items for you at your cost or you can package your own. Small amount of shipping supplies and odd assorted items are available for purchase. Staff is nothing to speak about. They are also an Amazon return spot, there is a self service kiosk for this, it looks far more complicated than it actually is or you can handle that transaction at the counter as well. read more

I needed a notary. I called first and found the notary splits time between here and Allentown Blvd. That wasn't a problem but the notary is unreliable on what time she shows up. A person waiting prior to me had an APPOINTMENT set with her but notary never showed for over an hour. The reason I gave such a low score is because I was overcharged for using the notary services! I needed 10 papers signed which I was charged $100. On the national notary website, the cost in PA should be $5 per paper. Price gouging. Just not right for a company as good as UPS. read more

2 stars for the helpful teenage/young adult employees, rest is 0 for service and management. I've used this location mostly for easy amazon returns but after the last few times I'll be going to the Hummelstown or Mount Joy Location. Customer service is lacking among the older employees. I went in to make a simple return saying "Oh hi! I just need to return this amazon package" and the older woman (maybe in her 60s?) just looked at me confused and walked to the back without helping me. A younger employee saw what happened, apologized and did the return in under 2 min. Not sure if there is a language barrier or what but to flat out ignore a customer? Wasn't even a line of people waiting. I stopped in yesterday for another return as I was in the area and there were about 3 people ahead of me, one young woman doing returns, 2 managers trying to figure out a mailing dispute, and the elder employee from my last stop in just standing around looking confused towards the back of the office. The woman I assume is the manager starts berating the woman doing returns telling her to go to the back and sort boxes, even with a growing line of people. The woman protested quoting the line was growing and the manager said she didn't care, leave them and go sort mail, she'll "deal" with the line later. Felt bad for the employee who was trying to solve a problem but to publicly berate them in front of customers you want to "deal" with later? I left with my return and went to another location on my way home. Not going to give this location my business any more and I hope the woman finds a better job. read more

absolutely the best service every time. bright, clean and friendly staff. never a problem. been using them for years. read more

Hey gang! Did you know that when you drop off a package at this particular United Parcel Service location that they are not responsible for said package not being picked up or delivered or....well, who knows. And that is the underlying question. Gather 'round now and have a good read for yourself here. I was blessed with the opportunity to speak with the franchise owner. On top of interrupting me she refused to make any attempt to assist me. Instead she would talk over me and tell me it's my fault. And it is, you see I had not another choice but to use UPS, and this is where it got me. (Package is still unaccounted for) Happy Holidays! read more

The young woman in charge of notaries refused to notarize a color photocopy of my passport (that I needed apostilled by the Pennsylvania Secretary of State) by falsely telling me it's illegal in the state of Pennsylvania to have a color copy of my passport. All you have to do is a quick Google search or ask any appropriate government office to know that every US state allows color photocopies of passports becuase foreign governments (and the Pennsylvania Secretary of State requires it). And she was super smug about giving me false information and wasting my time. And the smug woman in charge of notaries hung up on me when I tried to provide her with sources of correct information so she stops providing false information to customers. Get better employees UPS!!!! read more

Today will be the last time I will frequent this UPS location. I know people need to make a living but the language barrier and the confusion of the workers not knowing how to do their jobs is beyond words. I will just leave it at that. read more

I came in today to just drop off an Amazon return. There was a line and only one person at the counter and four workers Sitting around in Plain view of all the customers doing nothing and not helping the customers or their fellow workers. read more

I visited this UPS store and had the worst interaction with the new manager. She said that her name was Shy when I called over the phone. Once I got into the store she was very rude, while helping me she was on her phone and even called someone to talk about her son. To make matters worse she interrupted me while I was talking so she could talk on the phone. But, I would still recommend going here because the owner Nimisha is very nice but she may need to rethink her choice of manger. read more

This store is a nightmare and rip off; do yourself a favor and just go direct to the UPS Customer Store on Derry Street. You'll pay half the cost and get way better customer service. The employees at this store had no idea what they were talking about, had severe attitudes, and severely poor customer service. But hey, if you want to go somewhere and treated like your wrong and don't know what you're talking about, this is your place! I got chased out of the store while being yelled and sworn at; great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This store used to be absolutely horrible but it seems like it's starting to get a little bit better...hopefully.

I use this location often, mostly for prepaid Amazon returns. They are always quick and helpful. Even during the pandemic when lines were long and I thought I'd be waiting forever with my young daughter in tow, I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. (95% of the time I haven't had to wait more than one minute, although I do try to avoid peak times just in case.) I've always had a great experience. read more

I asked for a quote to ship 3 very small rugs from a local auction, maybe 20 lbs between all of them I do this 2-3 times per week, buying at auctions and shipping through other UPS locations around the country. The quote I received was outrageous. $440+ dollars to pick up pack and ship 3 small rugs. This should typically cost no more $ 60-100. Avoid at all costs! read more

I can't think of a good experience at this location, which would be okay, but the fact that I've had more than one bad experience means I'm done. Please let me save you from what might be the WORST customer service experience of your life if you get the wrong person at this store. They overcharge. Some of the people aren't just rude, but have over inflated egos. That power trip has one woman in particular thinking she's some sort of UPS Store queen. Insulting and embarrassing customers isn't a great business model. I didn't just experience it. I also heard the same woman speak to a customer on the phone worse than she did me. She called them a "thief" and a "swindler." I couldn't say if they were anything she accused them of, but based on my experience, she probably just didn't want to give a refund for a screw up on their part. Honestly, I don't care if she's the owners wife, sister, daughter... whatever! They should keep her out of the store before the only people coming to the store are the family members and friends that they got to leave the 5 star reviews. read more

I've been working with this store for over 6 years now and I'm pleased with the quality of service that I receive. I have a rented post box and they alert me via email when a package arrives which saves me a lot of time. The owner is very friendly and the employees take time to know me. I've used the notary service which is competitively priced. They have shipped many packages for me and have provided boxing services in some cases. Everything arrives timely and in good condition. I've even brought my beloved pup to visit and they welcomed her with a smile also. I would recommend this store on U ion Deposit Road. read more

This store is not worth going to even though most of the employees were kind and helpful one of them was very unpleasant. I believe she said her name is Shy and is the manager. When I would ask her questions she would be on her phone. At one point she even called someone I then realized she was ordering food. I dont understand why she was so disrespectful. The owner Namisha was nice but I hope she starts looking for new higher management then what she has now. read more

DO NOT utilize this location. I used to mail packages at this location multiple times a week. However, last Monday I dropped a package off with a value of $1000 due to this I purposely waited for a receipt. Well... my package conveniently went missing and the store is now telling me that there is nothing they can do and the receipt of drop off means nothing. They are not UPS and don't take responsibility for packages dropped off with them. So really they can steal your package with no liability. Beware!!!! read more

If I could choose who delivers packages to my house, I would never choose UPS. The delivery drivers who bring packages to neighborhood are either lazy or dumb. We have have to constantly verify that our address exist causing massive delays on most of UPS delivered products. Endless wasted phone time, with UPS constantly ensuring that it won't happen again. They even told us that there are special instructions laid out the for our address. The UPS drivers may get confused with a similar street name, but they dont even bother looking. They constantly mark our address as being invalid, or they claim to have knocked on our door stating we were not home while we sit awaiting a package in our living room next to the door that they claimed to have knocked on. Hearing a truck in the distance looking out our front door in excitement only to see UPS driving away less then 20 yards away. read more

Every time I go here the owner is just rude. The girls he has working for him are all very nice, but he is not. He makes you feel like you are bothering him and he never seems appreciative for your business. I also find his prices to be twice that of the UPS on linglestown road, which leads me to believe he's either jacking up the price (which he says is not possible???) If nothing else he is definitely choosing the highest rate versus offering a lower one. Again he just doesn't care about the customer and something is definitely up with his prices. At least at linglestown the people are friendly and they typically tell your options with the shipping, he doesn't, which may be my fault, but either way, I'm never going back again. read more

When I sent the package I made sure to get insurance and asked that the package is signed for when it's received. The package never arrived so I called the corporate office. The corporate office told me UPS is not having recipients sign for packages right now. They redirected me back to the store from where I sent the package. I called the store from where I sent the package. They said they would open an investigation. I didn't hear from them for 6 weeks when they said it would take two weeks. I followed up today and they told me that it must have been "porch Pirates" and therefore they are unresponsible for the package being stolen. They will not reimburse me even though I had insurance and thought I was covering myself by having the package signed for when I sent it. I told the manager, Olivia, that I would not be using UPS anymore and she said "OK." And hung up on me. Safe to say they've completely lost my business. read more

I was in the UPS Union Deposit location on 2/15/2019 this was during a busy time not sure what the representative name was but he was very helpful with printing my return labels for amazon. Sent a $450 phone to insurance provider through UPS, not only did they send it to the wrong address, they refused to help me in any way to rectify the situation. They told me to call the customer 1-800 number (which is also a joke) who just told me that they have nothing to do with that branch because its a franchise. So I went back to the store and was told by the store manager that it wasn't their fault because "You're not our customer, you're Apple's customer since that's who you sent it to...." I have no idea how that logic will serve in the world of retail, the only party that had contact with the package and yet it's not their problem, and I am not their customer.....Your damn right I'm not your customer. You will never see me again!!!! Horrific service. read more

Awesome service!! I dropped off some junk to return to Amazon and I didn't have the original packaging but they took it and shipped it anyway. Didn't even charge me for a box.
