They're a hard working mom and pop type operation and they do a quality job, always helpful and available to make recommendations on paper stock, size, formatting, price discounts, etc. I work with a lot of printers in the greater Harrisburg area and Fortney almost always has the best pricing by far. I've used them for letterhead, forms, postcards, stationary, business cards, promotional products, posters, flyers, you name it. Great shop!

However, this location refused to abide by that and the representative said UPS would not ship luggage without an outer box. This is simply not true. They then had me buy a $28 box in order to ship the item and said they maintain the right to not follow the national UPS Store website as they are independently owned. In their response they said I was welcome to leave, go buy a box somewhere else, pack it and return and offered a 5% discount on future business. OC Canvas staff are quick and responsive to all emails. When I explained the urgency and offer to pick up the item, they declined but guaranteed that it would arrive on the day I needed it. As it turned out, it arrived a couple days beforehand which gave me even more planning time. They gave me some pretty serious warnings about making changes after the first draft, and I understand why those warnings are necessary. They were not a problem for me, however, because I made all my changes at once and they turned out a new draft for inspection very quickly. Overall, I went from being ignorant of OC Canvas Studio to being a big fan! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires the sort of specialty canvases they provide.
