We stopped here to drop off a package. It is an older building but fine otherwise. Staff was friendly and efficient. We were in and out without a few minutes. I will say the doors are r labeled that clearly so we actually walked into the wrong office suite at first, which I am assuming happens a lot. There are marked parking spots for UPS but it a tight spot, FYI read more

Recently I needed to return a piece of luggage that was already damaged. UPS told me to ship it with no box. Further, the UPS Store national website says you can ship luggage with no box. However, this location refused to abide by that and the representative said UPS would not ship luggage without an outer box. This is simply not true. They then had me buy a $28 box in order to ship the item and said they maintain the right to not follow the national UPS Store website as they are independently owned. In their response they said I was welcome to leave, go buy a box somewhere else, pack it and return and offered a 5% discount on future business. Buyer beware, while considered a UPS Store, they are not obligated to follow the information shown on their store website. read more

Usually good, but sometimes bad attitude from workers. Please don't take out your frustrations on customers. It's not our fault it's busy. Not everyone can be in and out in a few seconds. Sometimes everyone comes in at once. Sometimes you sit there and don't see a soul. Do you have that same bad attitude then when you can relax and play with your phone? Good place to drop off Amazon returns and any UPS packages to ship. Packing supplies are slightly overpriced but that's for the convenience of them being right there for you. read more

Stopped by today to return an Amazon package. Michelle was friendly and it was the first good encounter I've had recently. She told me about their new return policy being that the boxes need to be taped up or it would be a $2 fee. She was very polite and kind about it. She also let me know their store has a $5 minimum so make sure you tape up your packages before returning them. This store in the past has not been my favorite and I honestly stopped going there for a while, but after such a good interaction with Michelle today I will definitely be going back. The employees don't make the rules they are the ones that have to enforce them because it is their job. Kindness goes a long way on each side of the purchasing counter! read more

I want to apologize for my prior review. I now realize I was just angry. I know it is hard to find good help and the store manager there is doing her best. She is always calm, efficient, professional, and friendly, to spite the lines, and impatient people, like me. I have just rearranged my schedule and go in the mornings now and never have to wait. The same girl is always there, all by herself, and is always nothing but great. I feel for the poor manager who has to try and find any good help now-a-days, and I will try to be more understanding if I do ever have to wait. Thank you to the manager for always being so efficient and nice. read more

VERY poor service. Could not complete a transaction on Saturday afternoon, but promised to process it and confirm it on Monday morning. When I heard nothing by Monday afternoon, I drove back to the store, where the manager told me "it was a busy morning, and I didn't get to it. I waited while she processed the Amazon returns of another customer, then when she finally processed my item it was done in seconds. No explanation, no apology. I've been here three times, and thought the customer service was poor each time. The only consistent thing is the complaints from the staff about how busy they are and how focused they are on getting out on time at the end of the shift. AVOID this location! read more

I came here for one simple task. I needed a box. I let the employee know the dimensions & what I was looking for. I was looking for something, LIKE, the size of an express box. I was brought an express box. Initially, she said it was free, since it's an express box. Yet, I was charged almost $5 for this free box. In fact, when I looked on the receipt, I was charged for something called a bubble mailer, which is not the express box at all. It was never made clear what the situation was regarding this "free" box. Furthermore, before I checked out, I asked if the box has to be sent as express. She said no. As soon as I walked out the door, I looked at the box, and it said very clearly what UPS services it can't be used for. I walked right back in and returned it my free box that I paid $5 for. I exchanged the box for a different one. I could have walked out without paying the difference, but I didn't, for two reasons. I didn't trust her, and also, I have integrity. It's unbelievable what people think is acceptable customer service. I got charged, for something that was supposed to be free. I received rude service and never got an apology. Customer service is so bad now, it was difficult to purchase...a...box. A, cardboard, box. Go to a different store with ethical employees. read more

Great friendly service the other day with an Amazon return! The woman behind the counter was very helpful!

The woman in the store this around noon was so rude and spoke like a robot to me simply repeating the same words she kept saying over and over again, and not really clarifying. I recall having a bad experiences previously and clearly nothing has changed as I haven't been back in at least a year. I don't know how she still has a job if she talks to everyone this way ...with this many unemployed people, and the low reviews here on yelp that management puts up with these people. Maybe management is just as awful as staff is and that they simply don't care. I left and will do business at another place because I don't need to be treated like this. Do better UPS. read more

If you're looking to deal with employees with an attitude, this is the place to go. I needed something notarized which is definitely not something I need often. Being unfamiliar with the process, I relied on the lady here to help me. You would have thought I was asking her to come up with a new theory for relativity. She had a magical way of making me feel like an idiot for asking how this works. If you can't treat customers with at least some degree of kindness, maybe you're in the wrong line of work. Just a thought. I'll give one star for easy to park and run in. I'll use them to drop off a prepaid UPS package, but that's it. For anything else, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Can this many reviews be wrong about one store? I thought I figured I'd at least check out to see if any body else had any similar experiences to mine. That answer was a resounding yes. The lady Michelle that works here is the lowest bar a business would want to set. She's rude, unprofessional, condescending and impolite. She has no business being in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I find it cute that there's so many "positive" reviews that seemed to be flooded all at once 3-4 months ago. It's called manipulating your review score by asking a few friends to write in fake reviews. To the owner of this store: you have no business owning a store if this is the culture you would like to have. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

April 15 I went to this store. I wire a mask and gloves. The person working didn't have a mask, did not clean the virtual pen that I had to use to pay by credit card and her young son was in the store without a mask. Even worse, another customer entered the store after me and didn't practice social distancing, was not wearing a mask and was rude when I asked her to move back. Soon after, another customer entered with no mask and was also not practicing social distancing. The store owners are ignorant or worse and must not think Covid19 social distancing applies to them or their customers. I will not patronize this store again. The USPS store is just down the street and has better mitigation measures in place. I'm going to the post office from now on. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. The women that work here are so incredibly condescending and rude.

Just got done this UPS store, and it gets 3 stars based on the customer service and lack of time it took me to get in and get out with a large package to ship. It loses 2 stars on the fact that there was not a single mask in sight, no cleaning of surfaces between customer use, no limiting people. I know. I know. In this era of turmoil & disease, absolutely everything as we've known it has either collapsed or fallen completely apart. Sadly, while I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about the USPS, I have nothing but GREAT experiences with this store and it's staff. I should also say I shop A LOT online - almost exclusively - and I am in this store nearly every single week. I have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT customer service AND in a swift, yet friendly way. The staff cares about their work and their customers and it shows. While many VENDORS screw up their orders and tracking (I'm looking at YOU, AMAZON) the staff at this store ALWAYS watches out for me and can always cut through the convoluted and just-plain-wrong info that sometimes (and lately OFTEN) can accompany the shipment. They always have my package and are able to swiftly and accurately retrieve it. Bottom Line: these are experienced, kind, and caring professionals and this will always be my mail order repository of choice. I returned so many Amazon boxes to the UD STORE! And this store in Lemoyne wants to charge me for tape to tape my boxes shut!!! WOW!!! Will never go to this store again!!! 2 fucking boxes - TWO BOXES!!!!!! AMAZON give UPS so much money for dumb shit like this! Don't waste your time with this UPS store!!! *********UPDATE********** Well ... since BUD wants to comment on a situation that he WAS NOT there for.... let me go ahead and break it down for you and refresh your lying employee's memory!!! I actually walked in with 4 total boxes - 2 were large and 2 were small... as I was attempting to tell your rude employee what all I had and that she can put them all together if she wants... she abruptly cut me off and told me I NEEDED TO PURCHASE A ROLL OF TAPE - so stop LYING BUD!!! She didn't suggest shit!!! She gave me an attitude instantly because I had bunch of boxes. And don't say it's not her job to consolidate my AMAZON packages either .... because if you go to UD, RT 22, or Linglestown Rd location they will ALL be extremely pleasant and helpful with ALL MY AMAZON PACKAGES!!! I brought back 11 packages at once before - NO ISSUE!!! (Rt 22 store) PLUS REGARDLESS if I had 10 boxes... THEY WOULD BE ALL AMAZON BOXES!!! And I know with AMAZON - me as a customer does NOT have to purchase tape. PERIOD. MAYBE... BUD AND HIS RUDE EMPLOYEE should go take some training classes from the other local UPS STORES... and she can gauge a better understanding on what "GOOD" customer service looks like. And remind your employee.... giving one person an attitude just because she was having a bad day or whatever her problem was that day... It can a lasting impression on your business in the internet world. Don't worry Bud - my complaint did stop with just YELP either... contact Corporate and Amazon corporate. I've literally driven by this store hundreds of times & never knew it existed, which is always the case until you need something & begin your search. I hadn't planned on reviewing a UPS store today, but here I am, spending some time to do so. I'm doing so because they deserve my time to express some kind words. The gal working ( Michelle ) couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. 3 people came into the store while I was there & she greeted them all with an enthusiastic hello. I had what felt like a barrage of questions to throw at her & she patiently walked me thru every answer & even expounded with her own ideas about my shipping needs. The store was well kept, well stocked & well staffed. We have had the worst experience with this company. Do not use this company if you can help it at all. This has been the most horrible customer experience ever. We shipped a 170 lb trunk through them on June 15th to get there by June 23rd. Michelle told us that 7 days would not be long enough to get the package there on time via ground service and duped us into paying $499 for three day air, which was completely unnecessary. The trunk contained a trade show booth for a conference. When we got to the conference the following week in Kansas City, there was no trunk. It was a Saturday after 2:00 pm when we got there so their store was closed; therefore, we called UPS. UPS told us that the vendor never got the package to them for shipping. There we were- at a trade show 1000 miles away with no marketing material. At a show we paid upwards of ten thousand dollars to be at after travel expenses. I emailed the address on the website and got a response the next day, Sunday, from Bud,the owner. Bud was quite flippant in his email responses. Here is the chain: Hi Samantha, I was not aware there was an issue with delivery, only with my bill. I was not aware of the problem until I received that email from you yesterday. We will notify you when we receive it. Bud, I have to admit that your response elicits even more concern. You were aware of the issue and decided not to notify us? We submitted the package over a week ago. Did you attempt to notify us of the issue? If so, when and to whom? If not- why? We understand that you're not prepared to assist us until Monday, which is obviously too late. Hi Bud, My name is Sam Winters from InsuranceNewsNet. We shipped a package to Kansas City last Friday- 6/15. Your staff said they couldn't get our package here ground in time for today so we paid $500 for 3 day air guaranteed. It's a conference booth setup for marketing. We get here today- no booth. Ups says you never got it to the hub. It's just in transit on the website. We paid thousands of dollars to exhibit at this show and we have no marketing material. We're very upset- as you can imagine. There is no one at your shop to confirm what's going on. I'd appreciate an email ASAP. Thanks, Sam Sent from my iPhone So...Monday we contacted the store. Michelle rudely said that she certainly did handle the package and have it shipped because she had to, "lug it to the front of the store". She told us that we would have to submit all of our receipts for the contents because they couldn't find it anywhere. We did so on 6/27. We were then told that it would be eight days until we could file the insurance claim if it's not found. We waited that amount of days until today, 7/6. When we called UPS today to either retrieve the package or file the claim, UPS told us that Bud and Michelle never submitted the receipt information to them and that they had closed the investigation because of that. Now, we would have to resubmit the receipts and wait another eight days. We have another conference to attend in two weeks; therefore, waiting another 8 days is not really an option for us. We either need to retrieve the package or order all new marketing material today. In light of this, we called Michelle today to find out what happened insofar as her getting the receipts we sent her on 6/27 to UPS. She refused to answer the phone for us several times. We kept calling. When she did answer, she was rude- cutting us off as we were speaking and then hung up on us. I would implore anyone to never use this business if you care about your packages or being treated like a paying customer. Horrible service all around!! Update- when we told Bud we would have to get an attorney involved because we were getting nowhere, this was part of his email response: Attached is the contract you signed when you shipped the package. You can forward this to your attorney. This limits my liability to $100. read more
