This place is great. Fast, inexpensive, friendly. Much better than heading to one of the big box stores. If you're coming from outside the city, the only thing that stinks is parking.

However, this location refused to abide by that and the representative said UPS would not ship luggage without an outer box. This is simply not true. They then had me buy a $28 box in order to ship the item and said they maintain the right to not follow the national UPS Store website as they are independently owned. In their response they said I was welcome to leave, go buy a box somewhere else, pack it and return and offered a 5% discount on future business. Buyer beware, while considered a UPS Store, they are not obligated to follow the information shown on their store website.

This review is based only on my experience with their public notary service…read more I had a document that has to be notarized. Unfortunately, the free notary service at my banks only notarize bank related documents. After calling around I found that both AAA and The UPS Store offer public notary services for $5 per "stamp". I chose the latter because 1) no appointment would be required, 2) its location is more convenient for me to piggyback with other errands. The staff were all wearing masks; however, there's no hand sanitizers anywhere. After a short wait I was quickly served. Nothing wrong with this but I was a bit surprised to learn that the cashier herself is the public notary. Everything went through as expected until when she rang me up. "That'll be $9," she said. I was confused. I asked if it was because it was a deed so it cost more. She said there were the $2 clerical fee and the $2 witness fee. Talk about hidden fees! Needless to say, I wasn't happy. $2 clerical fee for ringing up, and $2 for another cashier's autograph?! I called and confirmed: AAA on Trindle Road costs $5, period, no gimmicks, no hidden charges like this one. The only drawback is you would have to make an appointment. With the bad aftertaste, I won't be back -- unless I'm in a hurry.

As it turned out, it arrived a couple days beforehand which gave me even more planning time. They gave me some pretty serious warnings about making changes after the first draft, and I understand why those warnings are necessary. They were not a problem for me, however, because I made all my changes at once and they turned out a new draft for inspection very quickly. Overall, I went from being ignorant of OC Canvas Studio to being a big fan! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires the sort of specialty canvases they provide.
