I would give them 10 stars or 100 stars if those were options. They make our jobs so much easier…read more They handle anything we ask and the turnaround time is impressive. I am so happy we found them. We have been using them for years and I look forward to many more years working with Capitol. I highly recommend Capitol.

There are lots of copying places, and I can't imagine too many of them are more rude than this…read morecompany. I requested copying services for some specific files, which they quoted at reasonable pricing. So far so good... until they copied more than I had requested, and sent me an invoice for what they copied instead of what I requested. When I politely asked why I was being billed for services I explicitly requested to not receive (copy A, not B), I was sent a very hostile reply that they refuse to look at what they're copying to ensure they only copy what the customer wants copied (which, OK, fine, but then maybe tell me that before copying all the files and billing me?) and in the same email threatened to take me to court for non-payment if I didn't provide a credit card number within 24 hours (which I already gave them and they apparently lost, for what that's worth). All of which strikes me as *exceptionally* unprofessional, especially since I had not even insinuated I wouldn't be paying in full, even though they were charging me double what I had been led to believe I was paying for. As I said, there are a ton of copy places and I will be taking future business elsewhere.

This review is based only on my experience with their public notary service…read more I had a document that has to be notarized. Unfortunately, the free notary service at my banks only notarize bank related documents. After calling around I found that both AAA and The UPS Store offer public notary services for $5 per "stamp". I chose the latter because 1) no appointment would be required, 2) its location is more convenient for me to piggyback with other errands. The staff were all wearing masks; however, there's no hand sanitizers anywhere. After a short wait I was quickly served. Nothing wrong with this but I was a bit surprised to learn that the cashier herself is the public notary. Everything went through as expected until when she rang me up. "That'll be $9," she said. I was confused. I asked if it was because it was a deed so it cost more. She said there were the $2 clerical fee and the $2 witness fee. Talk about hidden fees! Needless to say, I wasn't happy. $2 clerical fee for ringing up, and $2 for another cashier's autograph?! I called and confirmed: AAA on Trindle Road costs $5, period, no gimmicks, no hidden charges like this one. The only drawback is you would have to make an appointment. With the bad aftertaste, I won't be back -- unless I'm in a hurry.

Recently, I had a package not get to where it should be. They have done everything for me...I don't know if I will get the insurance money back or not? It does not really matter, what does matter is that they have done everything they can, without me asking. In these times, people need to appreciate more of what people do, instead of what you think they should do, or don't do! A happy customer....
