Andrew explained everything about my problem and my options clearly and gave me a cost estimate for repair if I chose that. When I asked for his recommendation if I decided to purchase a new Mac instead of repairing my older one he first asked me several questions about how I used my Mac before answering. Then he actually looked up options online for me the fit my needs and even sent me a link to one that he recommended. So, if you are looking for excellent customer service for your Mac, this is the place to go.

A substantial amount of money! Very recently our security cameras went off-line with no explanation. There were no storms or loss of electricity to our home. We contacted the store to request assistance. We explained our situation and was transferred to Tyler, their technology employee. We sent him photographs of the equipment in question. He did a few troubleshooting issues with us, giving us a temporary solution. Not wanting any of the cameras to go out again while we were on vacation, we agreed, per Tyler's suggestion, to have their mobile rep come out and replace a Whattz box and a battery back up device that could have malfunctioned to cause our outage. At no point, and here is our issue, did the in-house technology (Tyler) rep suggest I should simply press a reset button. Nick, the mobile technician arrived at our home and within 10 minutes diagnosed that a reset button needed to be pushed to restart the system. He actually put a sticker on the Whattz box for future reference on where to press the reset button. We paid $170 ( house call) for Nick to press a reset button. After speaking with the owner, receiving a "you don't have a service contract with us" response and we spent "hours" working through your issue...we recieve a $50 in house credit to their store, via an email shortly after, not much one can buy for $50 at an Audio and Leisure store. Compucare Technical Services has astounded me with their lack of professionalism. Amidst lies in…read moretheir reply to my Google review (proven via the text and call logs attached) they have accused me of being "angry" because they couldn't get to my PC fast enough. The only reason I was "angry" is because he spoke to me like I was an idiot, claimed he did nothing wrong, claimed 60 degrees celsius was normal, and generally avoided accountability. He has also failed to communicate properly, saying he'd get back to me and never texting back, then becoming passive aggressive when I checked in. Additionally, he searched for my new CPU on Amazon, rather than using Newegg or any other dedicated parts search, and ordered a CPU that would be completely incompatible with my system AND the motherboard he had ordered. If I hadn't caught the incompatibility, I might still be without my PC. Again, I had no issue with the fact that a mistake occurred. In fact I would have been gracious had accountability been taken. It was his communication over the phone on Sunday that led me to take matters into my own hands. No matter who discovered the issue, Compucare Technical Services was blatantly unprofessional and frankly frustrating to deal with on multiple occasions. Additionally, he tried to offer me $100 cash when I said I would be changing my review this morning. And the agreement referenced in his reply states that I must allow them opportunity to rectify the issue before issuing a *credit card chargeback,* which has not happened. CTS has yet again contacted me, despite me specifically asking him not to, and continued to berate me as a result of my review of my bad experience.
