They're a hard working mom and pop type operation and they do a quality job, always helpful and available to make recommendations on paper stock, size, formatting, price discounts, etc. I work with a lot of printers in the greater Harrisburg area and Fortney almost always has the best pricing by far. I've used them for letterhead, forms, postcards, stationary, business cards, promotional products, posters, flyers, you name it. Great shop!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe accurate feedback is important for other business…read moreowners. I engaged FASTSIGNS Harrisburg for a paid site survey because I urgently need a pylon sign for my business. The technician who conducted the visit was professional, thorough, and clearly stated that replacing the sign cabinet would be straightforward. I was told pricing would follow and that installation could proceed with a licensed electrician handling the final electrical connection. This assessment was later confirmed in writing by the office, which explicitly recommended full replacement of the sign box as the most practical solution and invited me to select a direction so the project could move forward. However, I later received a follow-up email stating FASTSIGNS would not proceed with the project at all due to risk and liability concerns -- despite no change in site conditions or scope. This reversal contradicted both the technician's assessment and the initial written recommendation. As a business owner and sales professional in Central Pennsylvania, I value clear communication and alignment. While I appreciate the refund and the technician's professionalism, the overall experience resulted in lost time during a critical phase of my business launch. I hope this feedback helps improve internal coordination so future customers receive consistent guidance from initial consultation through final decision-making.

At Mindteck Inc., we engaged WebpageFX to help us design a new Intranet/portal for one of our clients. After we explained who the client was and what they did, WebpageFX provided us with 8-10 redesigned UX designs that we were able to present to our client. All the proposed designs were well received by our client, and they ended up selecting one. WebpageFX's deliverables were on time and within the budget we discussed. By providing just bare bone requirements, WebpageFX was able to do comparable research on our client and produce designs that worked for the vertical our client was in. Although it's been a few years since I worked with them, it's nice to see that the firm had tremendous growth and is now a global digital agency powerhouse operating from good ole Harrisburg.

I initially came to WebpageFX looking for a website redesign, and they delivered a great new website for me. Since I started these campaigns with WebpageFX. I have seen our phone calls drastically increase and most of our new customers say they found us online. Kate, our account manager, is quick to reply and is always friendly. I receive reports each month which track our marketing progress and show our calls from our website. Overall, I am very happy with the services I receive and would recommend WebpageFX to any business who needs to market themselves online.
