I was a…read morelittle worried about the time necessary to make the canvas and get it to me in time for a milestone birthday, but I need not have worried. OC Canvas staff are quick and responsive to all emails. When I explained the urgency and offer to pick up the item, they declined but guaranteed that it would arrive on the day I needed it. As it turned out, it arrived a couple days beforehand which gave me even more planning time. They gave me some pretty serious warnings about making changes after the first draft, and I understand why those warnings are necessary. They were not a problem for me, however, because I made all my changes at once and they turned out a new draft for inspection very quickly. Overall, I went from being ignorant of OC Canvas Studio to being a big fan! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires the sort of specialty canvases they provide.
