OC Canvas staff are quick and responsive to all emails. When I explained the urgency and offer to pick up the item, they declined but guaranteed that it would arrive on the day I needed it. As it turned out, it arrived a couple days beforehand which gave me even more planning time. They gave me some pretty serious warnings about making changes after the first draft, and I understand why those warnings are necessary. They were not a problem for me, however, because I made all my changes at once and they turned out a new draft for inspection very quickly.
