The technician who conducted the visit was professional, thorough, and clearly stated that replacing the sign cabinet would be straightforward. I was told pricing would follow and that installation could proceed with a licensed electrician handling the final electrical connection. This assessment was later confirmed in writing by the office, which explicitly recommended full replacement of the sign box as the most practical solution and invited me to select a direction so the project could move forward. However, I later received a follow-up email stating FASTSIGNS would not proceed with the project at all due to risk and liability concerns -- despite no change in site conditions or scope. This reversal contradicted both the technician's assessment and the initial written recommendation. As a business owner and sales professional in Central Pennsylvania, I value clear communication and alignment. While I appreciate the refund and the technician's professionalism, the overall experience resulted in lost time during a critical phase of my business launch. I hope this feedback helps improve internal coordination so future customers receive consistent guidance from initial consultation through final decision-making.
