It's ridiculous customer service. They also really didn't care that they lost our business and that tells me a lot about their business. The front triangle windows had gaps between the tinting film and the window. It's not a hard decision never to go there again. Maybe because we didn't have a high ticket job they prioritized projects that made them more money.
