I was told originally (at Alliance) that they wouldn't be able to do a migration of the information on my old hard drive- however, when I called back - Mike answered and he was not only helpful- but said that he would start the migration- right away- and that it might take two days. They used to be pretty good but over years they have gotten lazier while raising prices…read moredramatically. They leave trash in yard, throw cans all over and most of time won't even get out of truck. Higher prices, less service.

Easily the worst customer service of any company ive ever dealt with...EVER. get told something…read moredifferent every time I talk to them...every week for 2 months I had to call because they didnt take our trash. They never had a reason why they didnt take it. Sometimes they'd get it the next day...sometimes it'd sit at the road all week long. They took our trash can, no one can tell us why, and maybe after 3 weeks well get a new one. The one manager mark is pretty useless as well. Incompetence rules at Penn waste. Save yourself many,many, many headaches and use any other company possible. Honestly its pretty crazy that they are As bad as they are across the board from the garbage men, to customer service, to managers...theyre all clueless
