You can't just drop in for a can of varnish unless you have cash in your pocket. For someone who does not carry cash, it just isn't worth the hassle when I can go to a big box art store like Michaels and put the same can of varnish on my visa. I'd like to support small businesses, but they need to make themselves available. That said, if you need a framing job quickly, they are the place to go. With the big art stores outsourcing everything including custom mats and Framer's Workshop gone from the east shore, this is the only place in Harrisburg where you can go and expect to get something custom made within a few days. The quality and selection are great.

There answer to me was just bring in Shail. They could do this for an extra fee of course. But the real kick in the nuts was when they put the post in the ground, they never put anything under them for footing. Mister fisher insisted they put concrete in the holes, but none was onsite to do so. I was here to receive the materials at that time and the apparent skid of concrete that was ordered never existed. but regardless the footings where to be 36" round by 8"thick disc of concrete not just a bag of ready mix. as for the warranty it holds no water.
