Thank goodness to the Yelp Community and sharing information about Mail Dock. We were running out of options of where to go as well as with limited office hours during the holidays. We called up Mail Dock for assistance. They had a Notary on staff, access to a computer and helped us through the whole process and made copies for us. Since we were on the road and not familiar with the area it took us a while to get here. More like the next day. They were great after we made numerous phone call regarding their hours, and their available services. Talk about exceptional customer service from point of contact via the phone to physically meeting them at this store. They showed me how to use their computer. Got item Notarized and copies too. Wow!!! No wonder this is a local favorite. So many of the neighborhood residents and local businesses come here too. Quick prompt service and everyone knows everybody. Just love this place. I would say in total they may weigh 65 Lbs They are putting all 3 Items in one box. They sent me an Invoice for $234.00 to ship these. This is without a doubt the worst shipping price I have ever seen before. I have shipped Stereos weighing 60+ pounds. Not one of them was even close to what they have charged me. When I arrived I asked another employee about printing something and he told me the lady who works in that area was not there yet. Mind you the store opened at 9:00am and fifteen minutes had passed. I found the manager and asked her if she is who I spoke to and mentioned what I needed help with. She told me the lady is running late so I waited until 9:40am and the woman never arrived. I was surprised the manager did not know how to do this task or seem to be bothered that her employee was extremely late. Another customer shared with me he came in three times in the past few days and the lady was never there to help. This is extremely poor customer service!
