I highly recommend the Staples in UD for their service and follow-up. The team is professional and engageing. My personal experience is the team will go the extra mile. Lead by the manager Jesse. read more

The technicians here are wonderful. Both are very cooperative, communicate clearly, and are very skilled at fixing complex computer problems. A few months ago, I purchased a customer protection plan in case something went wrong with my new laptop. Smart move! I hit a serious security glitch but they were able to save my data anyway. Can we give a "super 5" to the technicians at this store? read more

Absolutely zero customer service. Not willing to help people actually purchase anything.

Went to the printing center to print a large paper for a church event. The worker was very rude and unhelpful. Left and went to Fedex where I had a great experience. read more

DO NOT return Amazon packages at this Staples location. On 3/29/2025, I returned a $150 Xbox controller through Amazon's return process and dropped it off at this Staples. I trusted the process and didn't ask for a receipt -- big mistake. A week later, Amazon notified me they never received the item. I called Staples and was basically told to deal with Amazon. The issue is still unresolved after nearly an hour on the phone with Amazon support. I even have video footage of me walking into Staples with the item, but that means nothing if the return was never properly processed. For all I know, it vanished behind the counter -- possibly stolen. The employee I dealt with was a young male, just for reference. If you plan to return something to Amazon via Staples, DO NOT trust them without getting that receipt. Treat that slip of paper like it's a $150 bill. Better yet, return your item elsewhere. read more

My mistake was forgetting that there is a perfectly good UPS Store across the highway from the Staples location, but I had hoped to go in at lunchtime, grab a few supplies for the office and hand off a UPS package that had been pre-paid, boxed, and labeled. I only needed a receipt. I went at lunchtime and the store was not busy, except for the copy-print-shipping center where one employee was handling several customers, including a line of people waiting to ship. Meanwhile, the most disinterested and idle group of employees made sure that the customer service desk had enough people in the event something required attention. As I waited fifteen minutes in line without a casual glance from other employees, no one said hello or thanked us for waiting. No one stepped up to help the one coworker who looked like she was earning her paycheck. I had to stand behind a grown woman who apparently could not fold or pack her own returns and so had the one employee take her time nearly packaging a series of dresses, box them up, label them... Two people were waiting for help in the copy center, so I knew being next in line was no guarantee I'd make it back to work on time. I gave up and left, passing the customer service desk. One employee was working on a calendar. Another was daydreaming. The third was on his phone. When I passed and held up my package, I said. "Hey, thanks for the help, guys." The kid on his phone was so out of touch with reality that he snapped instantly into his trained "Thanks, have a great day!" with a big, practiced smile. I'm sure the office furniture I bought online was cheaper by at least a hundred bucks anyway. read more

Went in to buy several hundred dollars of computer accessories and had to wait for manager who never came out. Seems like store is inundated with Amazon returns. Way too many other options than to have service like this. read more

Ryan is awesome tech support and cashier. We got helped with finding the right wifi extender, price match to Amazon, and checked out with free 2 day shipping to my house in NY. Amazing! read more

The general manager is always so personable. Literally, he says hello every time I go in (approximately once a month). The store is clean, organized and well staffed. He appears to be respectful to his customers and his staff. Truly enjoy going into an office supply store....who says that? Stellar experiences every visit. Overall, the entire staff is just as professional and friendly. read more

Staples - Printing Services Near Me - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

This is the first time I felt unwanted in this store, no one had on a mask and the Indian lady that approached my son and I made us feel rushed. She asked us if we needed help stairing at us with an odd look in he face when I told her what I was there for she simply pointed to the back and said it back there. I have never been a fan of poinseter customer service and in all my years shopping in this store have I ever felt so demened. read more

I worked at a print department before. How come you cannot load card stock in the self service printer for me to print? They are the same printers in the other side of the desk... Manager response is "You can give a bad review if you want". That's customer service now days. read more

I have had issues printing things at staples. The staff is usually friendly. Only one time did they seem really annoyed at me for questioning what I got. read more

Do not go here for copy or printing services. I attempted to go in for a quick print of a few documents that I needed for a meeting. Not only where they unable to help walk me thru the process and be able to provide positive customer service. They completely blew me off and kept taking care of other customers. I was able to get my document printed at another store down thr street. You rock UPS. I just hope someone gets some focused training and education. This reflects poorly on the business as a whole. read more

I swear by Circuit City because I love buying things online and then going to pick them up. My mom says she HATES Circuit City and bought her new computer at Staples. Initially I was not impressed... until today. So I bought this printer at Circuit City in August, but never bothered to set it up because I just print everything I need at school with my "you're so cool - you paid us 30,000 so we'll let you print 80$ of stuff for "free"" card. It's a printer scanner etc thing all in one... So, today my mom needed to copy something and decided it would be a good time to set up my new printer. Well - the power cord wasn't in the box, so I probably lost it, but I claimed that I never even opened the box and that she opened it to get stuff for the rebate. So my mom goes to Staples to try to buy a powercord. The guy tells her they don't sell them - they're supposed to come with stuff - buuuuut it didn't. So he tells her to hold on because he thinks they had a Canon printer in the back they were getting rid of. He comes back a few minutes later and just gives her a powercord. Now, I'm not one to admit my mom is right, especially about technology. But, Staples totally owned Circuit City today. read more

Terrible store. Lazy employees. Wouldn't even help me at the print center. Jessica "Called someone else to help" while she kept sitting at he desk working on something else. Didn't have my print job done that I had submitted. Chris came over at a pace of one mile per hour. He did immediately print the job which I appreciated but the personalities of the employees were beyond poor. Try to treat your customers like they aren't messing up your cigarette break. read more

At this point, I'm very frustrated with staples. I brought in a poster to be mounted and cut. It was supposed to cost $42. I paid $25 for the poster so for almost double I agreed to get it mounted. Well jokes on my, they ruined the posted (the lamination machine ate it) I bought off of Etsy and then told me to send them the file (from an Etsy vendor). After some arguing with Etsy and to their dismay, they sent me the file to have it re-printed and mounted by Staples. I sent the file to the email address they provided and it bounced back because the file size was so large. It's a POSTER of course it's big. They don't have a drop box or any way of me sending this to them so I have to go back in. I needed this done by Friday for a bridal shower on Saturday. I can't even deal with this, I have a busy life and I have to drop everything and run a flash drive over because they screwed up a poster? Hopefully the poster looks the same when I get it back or they are refunding the money I paid for the bridal shower for this bridal shower prop. Not a great experience and will never go back! read more

Had a terrible half hour in this staples trying to print out a simple black and white double sided score. The woman working did not know how to use any of the equipment, and then tried to charge me 12 cents a page to hole punch some copies that I asked to be hole punched the first time through, even though the copies were only 10 cents a page. Ugh. read more

I took my laptop computer to the Staples store at the Point Mall to find out why it was "freezing up" on me. There was a new technician at the store, Blake Coppla, who sold me a bill of goods and McAfee protection which I did not need, as I had just purchased a renewal online. When I got the computer home I noticed changes in what appeared on the Google Chrome home page. What had been on the page before was no longer there, and an item that was there could only be found in my email. On the Weather selection in Windows, the favorites I had were also no longer there, and two locations that had never been favorites were in place of the ones I had. I had to take my computer back to Staples once to make corrections on the Google Chrome home page, but when I tried to access Netflix and a message came up that I was no longer had a membership, I knew something else had been tampered with at Staples. When I tried to explain this to Blake over the phone, again, I was told that I would have to bring my computer back to the store. I paid $330 for someone to tamper with my personal data on my computer and then was told that viruses may have done what I was describing. All I got from Blake were excuses and he said that we had been on the phone for 25 minutes when the entire conversation was 15 min. and 15 seconds. I do not recommend taking any electronic product to Staples as they send it to a 3rd party to do the work (80% of it, Staples does 20%) and then use it as an excuse if you don't like what was done. All I heard from Blake was excuses as to why personal data on my computer had been changed. Avoid this Staples at all costs. read more
