January 29th he said it was all ready and we could pick it up that weekend. Granted we were not in a rush, nor did we rush him to complete the products. We went to the mall and he was not there, not even a courtesy text that he wouldn't be there. After many ignored messages and finally a threat to report him we actually received a message telling us "I go out of town on business just like millions of people do." I don't care that you go out of town, tell us you're going out of town. He continued to not respond afterward. Finally the 7th of February (today) we picked up our items. He literally left it with another vendor for us to pick up because he knew he did piss poor work. This was the biggest $200 waste of money in my life and that's not including the purchase of the actual clothing. Even the hoodie, the simplest of the products looks like a teenager picked up an airbrush compressor for the first time and had at it. We sent him the references as well which you can see in the collages. If you look closely you can even see the rushed garbage he did. Somehow Bingo has 3 tails? That's being generous because they look neither like tails nor feet. There are even run lines from unfinished paint. I could've bought this crap off Wish. I'm glad others have somehow had better luck with him because this is complete trash.
