I've had nothing with positive interactions with the WebpageFX team. Starting with Bill Craig down to numerous creative staff, I've always received a polished product. At Mindteck Inc., we engaged WebpageFX to help us design a new Intranet/portal for one of our clients. After we explained who the client was and what they did, WebpageFX provided us with 8-10 redesigned UX designs that we were able to present to our client. All the proposed designs were well received by our client, and they ended up selecting one. WebpageFX's deliverables were on time and within the budget we discussed. By providing just bare bone requirements, WebpageFX was able to do comparable research on our client and produce designs that worked for the vertical our client was in. Although it's been a few years since I worked with them, it's nice to see that the firm had tremendous growth and is now a global digital agency powerhouse operating from good ole Harrisburg. read more

I have been working with WebpageFX for over four years now, and the team has been nothing short of fantastic. The employees are very knowledgeable, and their customer service is outstanding. I initially came to WebpageFX looking for a website redesign, and they delivered a great new website for me. After the website had been completed, I started an SEO, Google paid search, Google maps, and email marketing program to help my roofing company drive more phone calls from the web. Since I started these campaigns with WebpageFX. I have seen our phone calls drastically increase and most of our new customers say they found us online. Kate, our account manager, is quick to reply and is always friendly. I receive reports each month which track our marketing progress and show our calls from our website. I also like to have a quarterly in person meeting to discuss new strategies where I can keep growing my leads online. Overall, I am very happy with the services I receive and would recommend WebpageFX to any business who needs to market themselves online. read more

I have had the pleasure of working with WebpageFX for the past three years. My website is now aesthetically superior to my competitors, and more importantly, I now come up much higher in Google than the competition with SEO and also Google Ads. Updates that I provide for my website have always been quickly taken care of and a design elements added are always well done. Kelly has been a pleasure to work with, and I could not be more pleased with the service that I receive. One of the many things that I appreciate the most in working with WebpageFX is that I receive a monthly report for my leads, calls, and the companies that have visited my website. Having a list of these leads is extremely helpful and allows me to make faster marketing decisions, and it's refreshing to work with a company that provides this level of transparency. I also enjoy my monthly strategy call where campaign progress is discussed, and new ideas are given for the future. This scheduled call gives me an opportunity to ask questions and be involved in the campaign strategy as well. As my business grows through online marketing, I plan to continue to grow my online presence with WebpageFX. I highly recommend WebpageFX and their team. They have really helped me grow my business, and their entire team is fantastic to work with. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they are leaders in online marketing. I could not imagine working with anyone else and never planned to do so. read more

Worked with webpageFX on a redesign of my corporate website and came away unimpressed. They are so exspensve for what you get and I had to redesign several months later. I have learned the hard way that web and SEO is something you must do yourself because set firms like this have 1000 percent markup on most link building activities and website design. Find yourself good freelancers and you will get much better rankings with all the extra money you have to work with. The owner Bill was very nice as was the entire staff just felt the value was lacking. read more

Visiting for the first time, but WebpageFX has been amazing to work with this far. The culture and the office are beyond amazing but we chose to work with them for their expertise in our industry (they have a ton of case studies from Working with similar industrial clients). Since we started working with them we've seen a great return on our investment and our # of calls has increased exponentially. I think traffic is up around 36% and we started working with them in January. Best of all is our account manager - she really knows our business and has been constantly consulting us on ways to improve our site for better performance. We try to listen and apply as much as we can and we're hesitant about some things at first but keeping an open mind has paid off. These guys know their stuff! read more

WebpageFX literally saved the day. We hired another marketing compan who I don't think did anything for 5 months. Every month they just talked about what they were going to do the next month. After wasting money and time I got tasked with finding a new marketing agency. I spoke with five firms and the only one I felt really paid attention to our needs was WebpageFX. I worked with Pete and Tyler. They had awesome ideas, and did a TON of research. The proposal backed all of their findings. We've been with them for almost 6 months and we are impressed with how they track things using MarketinCloudFX! They are also VERY transparent on what they are doing. I wish we would have started with them in the first place. read more

We loved working with WebpageFX. Our PM (Gina) was super helpful throughout our redesign. She took the time to understand our goals (which can be complicated as a consulting company). We would strongly suggest WebpageFX to any company wanting to grow their business online. Kuddos WebpageFX! read more

My shop in NYC needed to switch companies after getting taken advantage of by some shady guy I found online. I'm from the Harrisburg area so it didn't take me long to make a few connections to the people that work there. So about 3 months ago I figured I would get in touch and see if they would be a good fit for my business. Since then, they have gone through my entire website and picked apart everything that snake oil SEO guy did to my website and fixed it. My web presence has never looked so good and they are really still in the initial phases of my campaigns. They have more than paid for themselves in the knowledge they've applied so far, I'm so excited to see what else they can do in the long run. So far everything has been very transparent too. I know exactly what they are doing. I don't have to touch anything, but they do a good job of informing me what they've worked on and how it will benefit our seo/internet marketing. This gives me peace of mind especially when making an investment like this. read more

WebpageFX has been fantastic to work with during the website redesign process and for our website advertising campaigns. Kelly and her team were extremely responsive throughout the process and did a great job of turning our vision for a new website into a reality. We were also extremely happy with our Wordpress content management system that our website is built on and allows us to easily make changes to our website. After the launch of our new website, we received a large increase in the number of leads from visitors that are now finding our website online. read more

Do not use this company!!!!! I do not believe anyone there has a clue what they are doing except the guy who sells you on them. In 4 months they completely ruined our keyword standings then decided to drop us saying their methods weren't effective for our business. read more

High marks for webpage for designing my company's website. They partnered with us 2 or 3 years ago to redo it all and make it mobile friendly. We still work with them each month to create graphics and make updates to it. I feel like it still looks better than all of our competitors sites even though it is a few years old. Kelly has always been helpful and even came to our main location to train a few of us on adding content to our blog. They aren't the cheapest solution but we have been very happy with what we have gotten from their design team. read more

I hired this "internet marketing firm" to assist with my small firms online marketing. For the same money I paid their firm, I could have hired a small army of independent contractors to do this work for me. It's as basic as it comes. Nothing changed, and they constantly tried to up-sell me on more products. I had a consultant review their work who confirmed that it was never going to achieve top rankings in a competitive market like mine. Take your business to another provider who will work with you to obtain results. Ask to see current results. No one is ranking in any top position. Research past clients of theirs who no longer use their service. Question why they aren't clients anymore. On top of this, they hired a sleazy debt collection agency to come after me for a balance. Quite the customer service Webpage FX! read more

Every single service I've requested from webpagefx has resulted in several new sources of revenue for my company. I had a great initial conversation with Tyler from Webpage FX. He said that they could do all the things I was looking for. I was excited to work with them. Tyler said that he would prepare a report that would analyze my site to determine the best strategy to move forward with a proposal. The next day, I received no report. They said they could not work with me but provided no report or explanation. Isn't the purpose of an SEO company to provide results for tough or competitive markets? Either way I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and would not recommend Webpage FX. The email read - "I just left you a voicemail, but I thought I'd touch base with you here as well. After reviewing your campaign, I do not think that it is something that I am going to be able to be competitive with. The industry is such that I do not think we will be able to shot meaningful results at this time. Thanks, I'd recommend that you reach out to SEO.com for further assistance!" read more

WebpageFX definitely lives up to their name and online reputation. A Lot of companies say they know internet marketing. It seems only a few really know it, and even less use inbound marketing to generate leads. Our company has been working with them for a year now with the redesign, internet marketing, social media, and PPC. We have seen tremendous results and their internal marketing software (MarketingCloudFX) makes everything super transparent. read more

Recently attended an after hours meet-up at WebpageFX and was absolutely blown away! Where to begin?? -Right away you'll notice the cool/unique office space. They refer to their cluster of beautiful buildings along the Susquehanna River as the #FXCampus...and for good reason! It's like Central Pa's version of the Google Campus with 3 different spaces making up their space (2 workspaces and 1 gym/yoga studio for employees). -You may also notice that they have a few custom WebpageFX bikes (similar to Google) and kayaks that the staff can take out and use along the river/fitness trail across the street from the building. -Okay, more on the building itself. The interior is insane. I'm talking jaw dropping light fixtures, bright colors, trendy furniture, funky wallpaper patterns and eye catching artwork/decor. This is a far cry from the first 3 offices that I've worked in where white walls and cubicles are the norm. -Visitors will also take notice of the digital ad agency's double nitro cold brew AND beer kegerators, ping pong table, pool table, fire pit, Little Amps espresso bar (they call it Cafe Diem), snack wall, complimentary fruit in their social spaces, standing desks, etc. -The next thing that you'll notice when visiting this company is their friendly staff. I'm talking smiles and warm greetings and introductions and asking if you need anything, etc. Very warm first impression of the team for sure! -When walking through their workspaces, it's amazing to see why they're known for their 'work hard/play hard culture,' as employees are in the zone! There are a variety of fun social spaces around the office where people can hang, but also a really conducive environment for getting down to business and fulfilling your purpose at work too! -The event that I attended was extremely informative, well executed and high quality. Their staff certainly know what they're doing. I came away from the event having learned a great deal and feeling impressed with the high caliber of what they had organized. -Patty, Trevin and Mary were more than welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to put on an amazing event and I hope to attend more in the future! -If this is event a hint of the level of quality service/performance that WebpageFX provides, I imagine that their clients are in good hands! -It's also no wonder that they're growing so fast and definitely not surprising why they were named the #1 Best Place to Work In all of PA for the past 2 consecutive years!!! -Kudos to the owners Bill and Karie Craig for creating such a dynamic company right here in Central Pa! read more

WebpageFX has done a great job for our company and has helped us grow our business using the Web. We used to only get a couple of calls from our website each week with other marketing companies. After we hired WebpageFX to redesign our company website and help us market our company online, we have been receiving multiple calls a day. Kelly and her team did a great job on the website redesign and also provided excellent training on how to manage our website once it went live. One thing that stands out to me about WebpageFX that is better than all other agencies we have worked with in the past is that they have built a technology platform to track all of our web leads, calls, and monitor our competitors. In the past, with other agencies, we had no idea of how our web marketing was performing, and we didn't see a lot of new leads. WebpageFX has exceeded our expectations for transparency and giving us ROI data each month. Which is extremely helpful and allows us to now make decisions based on data for our business. read more

As the Director of Sales and Marketing for a well known hotel in DC, I hired WebpageFX to increase online bookings and increase online visibility. I have very happy with the communication and their response time to my questions has been less 24 hours. I brought several projects and many tens of thousands of dollars to webpagefx only to leave severely disappointed and frankly after the months I spent trying to work things out, only to get constant run around and lack of proper resolution. It seems to me their entire business model is a scam, preying upon people who do not have any technical experience and who will not have webpagefx's promises checked. When I had their work audited by outside professionals, the review of the work was very, very critical. The sales job to get you in the door seems to be the only place where they really shine...and when things go downhill...they lack the dedication to customer service to make things right. Worse, rather than refund money when they have led you astray and blown months of time on projects that don't work out, they fight you and nickle and dime. I made it all the way up to the top, dealing with leadership, but even after acknowledging the problems, they refused to do the right thing and make it right. Forget their overblown sales tactics, not a good company to deal with at all. read more

I want to express my disappointment of WebpageFX. I was interested in their service, but in the first minute of our conversation I heard the most stupid reason in the world, just to get rid of me. I still can't understand why my company can't be their client and I find this offensive, humiliating and unprofessional. read more

I worked with WebpageFX on our website redesign. We had a few vendors that we were looking at and chose WebpageFX because of their experience in our industry (home services). This company was flawless in their execution of the online marketing job my company hired them for. Currently, I work for the marketing division of my company. A few years ago, we made the move to find a new company that could meet our current goals. They are upfront and honest about what they are able to provide. They have provided insight into many aspects that we overlooked. We have met all of our online marketing goals since the hire. I highly recommend them. read more

My company tried setting up our Pay Per Click campaign on our own. It was a very costly disaster. Setting up a paid campaign is time-consuming and requires constant monitoring, otherwise, you spend a ton of money on mistakes. I Google a few top internet marketing companies and found WebpageFX. They were beyond helpful! They actually review my PPC account ahead of time (no cost) and gave me recommendations on how I could make actionable changes (if I wanted to keep managing it). They also looked at my site and did a comprehensive analysis to help understand our competitive organic search landscape. Dan did a great job presenting strategic recommendations along with a very fair pricing structure. The main benefit we loved during the sales phase, and still, today is their Marketing transparency software. It literally tracks everything and I know my ROI exactly. It also track what my other marketing efforts (Thomasnet/YP) to see if they are worth the cost (they aren't). Arianna is my day to day internet marketer and it's rare to have someone who is as excited as I am to go over my results and provide recommendations when necessary.
