We removed the old dumpster to make way for the new. 3 days went by, no dumpster, we called, we were told in 2 days, in 2 days no dumpster then we called again, were given excuses over and over that someone borrowed one of their trucks, we were promised over and over again, we were told we were on a list to have a dumpster delivered and they would move us up the list, we ended up having to deal with this on our one vacation for the year. We came back from vacation and gave it one last try and now I just called and was told that all the dumpsters are out and there isn't even a dumpster available to give us one. They promised a dumpster, they promised delivery, this company is a horrible mess. They might be good for the small scrap individuals but not for companies that get high volume.

I came across Heavy Load Hauling on Facebook, and after exchanging a few texts and calls with Ryan, decided to book. Ryan and his crew were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and were lightning fast. After they filled up an entire truck, they left briefly to drop it off at a local incinerator, and they returned within 10-15 minutes to fill up another half truck. The whole process was an hour and a half, and I had a LOT of junk being hauled from multiple rooms, up/down stairs, and in my backyard. I don't know how these guys manage to do it, and safely on top of that, but they are amazing, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about their service. They were easily the smoothest part of my move. Their prices are super reasonable, especially given the size of my haul. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the local area to book these guys!
