We removed the old dumpster to make way for the new. 3 days went by, no dumpster, we called, we were told in 2 days, in 2 days no dumpster then we called again, were given excuses over and over that someone borrowed one of their trucks, we were promised over and over again, we were told we were on a list to have a dumpster delivered and they would move us up the list, we ended up having to deal with this on our one vacation for the year. We came back from vacation and gave it one last try and now I just called and was told that all the dumpsters are out and there isn't even a dumpster available to give us one. They promised a dumpster, they promised delivery, this company is a horrible mess. They might be good for the small scrap individuals but not for companies that get high volume.

My ice machine stopped working and I had issues with my water getting warm. I had a reliable appliance company take a look at my fridge and the motor blade was off the shaft. He also told me I should start budgeting for a new fridge within the year because the compressor was not cooling down enough. I discussed this with the manager Jeffery Reese via a call and then text. He was very dismissive and rude when discussing this matter with him.
