I initially hired them to remove a poorly…read moreinstalled concrete patio, but after speaking with Joshua (the owner), I decided to go a step further and have a new pea gravel patio installed along with a step under the door. I also had some brick repairs done on my retaining wall and had the driveway seal coated. Every part of the project was done with care and precision. The work was impeccable--they even worked through Memorial Day to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Joshua takes immense pride in his work and it shows. He thoughtfully assessed what needed to be done and consistently went above and beyond to ensure the results not only met, but exceeded my expectations. After a previous bad experience and almost being scammed by another so-called "contractor," I was understandably cautious. I asked a lot of questions--so many that I even annoyed myself! But Joshua answered each one with patience, professionalism, and kindness. His passion for his work is obvious, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality results, values your satisfaction, and truly takes pride in their craft, look no further than Trout Concrete. Don't hesitate--they are prompt, thorough, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. I absolutely plan to work with Joshua and Trout Concrete again.
