I went to this store to drop off a prepaid box. The clerk was rude and unprofessional. They wanted to charge me to put a 6 inch piece of tape on the box. I kept the box open thinking they needed to see inside. Disrespectful is how I would describe the customer service at this store. I would not recommend them. read more

This store is lacking in every way. It's obvious the employees were never trained in organizational or any customer service skills. I went there today to pick up a package after receiving a tracking notice that my husband's package had arrived at that location. After a girl searched the backroom, she told me it wasn't there, and didn't offer to help any further. So after I provided the tracking number again and description of the box, she pointed to some boxes out on the floor (where someone could have easily walked away with it). I spotted it myself and picked it up. Also found it very strange that there was a 10-year-old standing behind the counter while I was there. Not sure what his role was. I highly recommend using a different location. read more

Making an Amazon return and would not use the box to ship back and then would not dispose of the box there. Poor customer service.

The store has lost me as a customer I've had an account he for 25 years!! Ann the previous owner had a great friendly and helpful staff the new owner obviously doesn't care about customer service!! These kids weren't trained on customer service. So disappointed! read more

I honestly don't know how they even have 3 star. I ran over after work. I wish I could leave no stars. They tried to charge me $3.00 to print out a shipping label. If this isn't robbery to don't know what is I will be contacting ups corporate. read more

Had a great experience dropping a package to be delivered to NY for my girl friend who is a nurse in the ER. The staff was incredibly kind and maintained safe distancing and organization during the pandemic. Made it super easy and will definitely be back! read more

Awesome support by Ann and Sean. Had a bunch of wall calendars to ship to a bunch of different names and addresses. They were patient friendly and helpful throughout the 50 minutes of entering addresses and taping up the tubes. And they're one of the few UPS stores in the area open till 4pm on Saturdays!! Very helpful, the 5 dollar credit minimum sign is posted on the register. You are paying for a service. All you folks complaining about paying for supplies, go to Target, by all of the stuff and then add up the cost. Staff was very helpful and took care of my needs as advertised, will use again. read more

Very poor service from the manager. Minimum 5$ charge for credit card. Not posted anywhere, just conveniently announced before I paid. Extra B.S. charges ($1 for tape, $2 extra to print from an email) FedEx would never charge this kind of crap. 6$ to send a free package back to Amazon. Extremely disappointed. I have been working with Ann and Sean for years now. I live on the west coast and they go out of their way to pick up my order and ship overnight every year for my special treat of smoked sausage. Super friendly and never once has my order not been perfect. I feel like a superstar customer with Ann and I know none of my local stores are even close in the level of excellent service Ann and her crew offer. Wish they were here for all of my company needs. By the way paying for supplies is status quo everywhere and I am just happy I don't have to go elsewhere to get them and then have to go back. Excellent convenience for the customer. read more

I have to say it is sad that this place is getting a failing review as the service there is generally friendly. I don't know if they have something against firearms and just aren't interested or if they just don't care enough to know the facts. I brought in a plastic rifle stock, the thing that a rifle bolts into, to ship it back to the company. The manager is telling me that per Mailboxes etc, which is who makes their rules, not UPS, that a stock is a firearm/ firearm part which they are not able to ship. I explained that a firearm, defined by federal law, is: (A) any weapon (including a starter gun) which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive; (B) the frame or receiver of any such weapon; (C) any firearm muffler or firearm silencer; or (D) any destructive device. Such term does not include an antique firearm. In simple terms the parts of a firearm that the government considers a firearm have SERIAL numbers attached to them like frames of pistols, and receivers of ARs. The simple fact is, a rifle scope, stock, bi pod, sling, all accessories that you can buy on amazon are shipped from person to person on a daily basis and if the item was a federally defined firearm shipment would have to be sent to a dealer to be transferred to an individual. I have found USPS in Hummelstown a better option and will now use them every time I need something shipped. read more

I've been using their services for over 5 yrs. and have never been disappointed. I've had materials copied/printed (both originals that I've brought to the store as well as documents that I've emailed to them) and they're always done promptly and well. They worked with me to develop labels for bottles that came out perfectly. Shipping has been smooth. Just wish that every business I patronize was as friendly and competent. read more
