I have no complaints for this business. I've relied on them to ship packages with fedex since the only fedex location in york is far from my house. Now i rent a private mailbox from here because I don't trust my neighborhood for packages, and it's so routine now that they start getting my packages ready for me before i even walk in. I see the same employees every time so now they recognize me and make small talk which is nice. I've only used this business for shipping pre-packaged shipments and private mailbox rental, but they definitely excel at these two things. read more

Hilariously bad packing resulting in damaged posters. They charged too much because they used too large a package and made it so thin that any bend would result in damaged items. Then they put multiple paper item loosely in the package so they could, and did, slide around to do more damage. Then, to top it off, they forgot two other lots I had bought. Upon bringing that to their attention along with the laughable packing they responded and didn't bother to apologize for their mistakes. Maybe they learned because when they sent the forgotten lots they were better packed. I have received well over two thousand packages and this is one of the 2-3 worse packing jobs I have seen. Keystone Auction uses them for shipping and didn't seem to care that their shipper was horrible. read more

Amazing customer service! I had mailed a package to my daughter in Baltimore for her 25th birthday. It didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, and I couldn't get anywhere with the FedEX website. I figured I'd go to postal connections to drop off a package that already had a return label on it instead of driving out to the post office since it was further away. BOY WAS I WRONG! As soon as I got inside I immediately was told I need to wear a mask. I said no thank you and proceeded to walk forward. I was then told if I don't have one that they will provide me with one. I responded as I will take it but I will not wear a mask. By this time I'm already irritated because all I had to do was drop off a box, so the manager comes and says if you do not wear a mask you can leave..I never have been told to leave a business because of not wearing a mask. I feel I can dictate what I need to wear and what I don't need to wear on my own. I do not need a business to tell me how to care for myself. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! read more

Completely inept shipper!!!! Uses bubble wrap too small to cover all panels of 5 condition sensitive collector boxes; exposed panels on each collector box are then covered by packing tape!!!! Not even smart enough to account for settling of packing peanuts inside of shipping box; as a result, contents able to move about freely inside during transit. Keystone Auctions chooses them as their "designated shipper" and exposes their winning bidders to their egregious overcharges on every element of shipping from charging for their box (when free boxes are available from USPS) to the cost of insufficient packing peanuts!!!! Perhaps there is $$$ in it for Keystone Auctions for sending their shipping business to these amateurs (or they are possibly silent owners making an added profit in excess of their 25% hammer)? At any rate, neither Postal Connections or Keystone Auctions cares!!!! read more

Good location for convenience. Tried to send a package USPS ground, the kid behind the counter didn't know that was even possible. This is the ONLY place I've ever been asked straight up "what's in the box?" FYI - None of your business. I'll stick with the post office that just asks the standard any liquids, batteries or hazardous items. read more
