I had a last-minute order and was very worried that I wouldn't be able to get it done in time. I shouldn't have worried! The UPS Store #0664 in East York came to our rescue with outstanding service, affordable pricing, and a terrific staff. Thanks, especially, to Chase, who worked with my office administrator to get our print/copy job turned around and perfectly executed! We'll definitely be using them again, thank you!

Despite being in there every day they still always ask me if I want a receipt, which of course I always do. Even after over a year of seeing these people daily I still don't know any of them. The parking is tight due to being wedged between a Starbucks with a drive thru and a Five Guys in an already undersized lot. Pulling out going left is problematic too. I do wish the parking was better or that Starbucks would move since they are the source of the problem. There should not be a drive thru in such a small configuration. I do wish that Fed Ex staff were more helpful when I've had problems or lost packages, especially since this is an official Fed Ex store, but they refer you to the toll free number which leads you to an operator in India and alot of frustration. In terms of who damages/loses my packages less often of the two evils being UPS and Fed Ex, Fed Ex does do a better job at actually getting it there unscaved, but they're not perfect and when there is a problem it's impossible to resolve.

I can't say enough good things about CC's Tag and Title! We had a complicated situation and had to wait for the lienholder to send the title before anything could be completed. Their customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help were outstanding. If you need tag and title services, skip the other places and call CC's Tag and Title first. I wish I had!
