Despite being in there every day they still always ask me if I want a receipt, which of course I always do. Even after over a year of seeing these people daily I still don't know any of them. The parking is tight due to being wedged between a Starbucks with a drive thru and a Five Guys in an already undersized lot. Pulling out going left is problematic too. I do wish the parking was better or that Starbucks would move since they are the source of the problem. There should not be a drive thru in such a small configuration. I do wish that Fed Ex staff were more helpful when I've had problems or lost packages, especially since this is an official Fed Ex store, but they refer you to the toll free number which leads you to an operator in India and alot of frustration. In terms of who damages/loses my packages less often of the two evils being UPS and Fed Ex, Fed Ex does do a better job at actually getting it there unscaved, but they're not perfect and when there is a problem it's impossible to resolve.

My mistake for not fully inspecting it and trusting this employee for doing his job. This place only gets business, because they are the only independent print shop in the area. If you need decent print work for documents or photographs, go to Staples instead or use one of the many online print labs that charge less than Nefra and offer superior quality. Their "high end gifts," are average. I suggest checking out Collage in West York, or one of the Christmas Tree shops for gifts that are comparable to theirs. Strongly suggest avoiding this business for all repairs…read more I asked for a screen replacement on a Pixel phone. I also asked if they used OEM parts, to which they said yes. They replaced the screen, and brought it to me to validate. The edges of the screen were squishy. (easy sign of improper adhesive application) They took it back to the bench, opened it again, and added adhesive. The manager brought me the phone a second time to validate. The digitizer (touchscreen) no longer worked at all. They returned it to the bench a third time. Opened it, re-seated the primary ribbon cable (it was not seated properly), and put it back together. (Hint: that's 3 times assembling the phone with the same adhesive that's single-use.) They brought me the phone again. The upper edge of the screen no longer seated into the casing properly. I asked to verify the screen was a new OEM screen. The manager found the package for the screen, and it was a refurbished third-party screen, confirming they lied about the parts they use. The manager also confirmed they did not use OEM adhesive to attach the screen, they used strips of 3M tape. I asked for my broken screen back with my repaired phone, and the manager refused to provide it. At this point, I realized they had no trained technicians in the shop, including the manager. I had to disassemble the device myself at home. The adhesive applied by Batteries Plus technicians was a disaster - bunched, uneven, rolled up, and missing completely from the corners. The adhesive must be a perfect seal, or the device will gradually fill with moisture and particles. The technician had also damaged the "new" refurbished screen they installed, bent 2 of the metal edge clips flat, and broken the seal between the digitizer and the display on the top edge (which is why it wouldn't seat in the casing). I had to repair the device from scratch myself, purchasing a new OEM replacement display from Google, as well as OEM adhesive. This is not a shop of trained technicians, it is a shop of amateurs managed by liars. Caveat emptor.
