Called prior to arriving to check prices. Arranged an appointment online for a screen replacement on my phone and was pleasantly surprised. uBreakiFix was understanding of security needs. Most services contacted refused to fix a screen without having access to the passcode for the phone ("for testing purposes"). It was refreshing to have an understanding with this service. The phone repair was completed quicker than quoted; Just under an hour. Prices were exactly as quoted over the phone before I ever showed up. Will be back for sure. Didn't actually use their services. However, their staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

They don't answer the phone and they don't call you back if you are able to leave a message. This place sucks. Who knows what they're doing with your data while they have your device and access to everything. Expect to have to drive over there multiple times to get your device. I don't know how they stay in business. Oh that's right they're very expensive and they get a deposit and then never call you back. read more

They are terrible at communicating. I had to call them every day, because they would never reach out. I had them work on my phone, they told me to come in on day 2 to review options. The preferred option they wanted me to go with was to call my phones manufacturer and deal with them, because they couldn't figure out the problem. Their second option was to do a factory reset, I picked this because it seems a lot better than waiting 10 days to send my phone out. The big problem is is that they could have told me over the phone. They finally told me I could come in at the end of the day and then once they realized I did not have an SD card in my phone they would try to back it up to the cloud. Now I have an SD card at my house if they told me one the phone what my options were I could have grabbed that and made sure everything was backed up there. So they "backed it up to the cloud" and did a factory reset. The Factory reset fixed the original issue but they didn't actually back anything up to the cloud so I lost all of my data. Not only that but they didn't tell me when it was ready, they infact never initiated contact once through the whole 3 day process. The customer service there is so sloppy I hope to never have to use them for anything ever again. read more

Went into their store around noon and they were quite busy. My phone didn't have a major issue but they diagnosed it and fixed the issue all within ten minutes. Gentleman behind the counter was able multitask and check people in and assist others as well in a very timely manner. I appreciate the help. read more

I contacted asurion who apparently uses uBreakiFix to repair cell phones. I later discovered that it was the protector not the actual face of the phone that was cracked. I tried to cancel the repair on line and was told I would have to call to get the repair cancelled. I then called and was told that I needed a pass code that I did not have. I was then given a temporary pass code. When I put this passcode in it was not accepted. I was told to go online and cancel it there. I tried but it again told me to call. This went on for over an hour. I finally got a temporary passcode that worked and was able to talk with someone to cancel the repair. I was put on hold three times while he got in touch with someone with the authority to cancel the order. Another 30 minutes and I finally was assured that my repair was cancelled and I would not be charged. We will see. I have no faith in such a shoddy company. Needless to say I am furious!! read more

Went in today to get my daughter's cell phone screen replaced. It was a repair covered by our Assurion insurance. Went in and a nice young man took the phone and keyed in some info - took about 15 minutes. He said the repair would take about an hour and they would send a text to my phone when the repair was done. Over 90 minutes later, having received no text, we went back in to pick up the phone. The clerk came out with the phone with the screen still cracked and said that Assurion gave them the wrong information and I would have to call them and correct it. 45 minute drive, 15 minutes to check the phone in, over an hour and a half wasted waiting for the text that never came. No explanation for why they couldn't, at the very least, text me to let me know the repair could not be made. I called Assurion (they made the error) and asked for any other location I can take the phone to. I will not go back there. read more
