    Screen Printing T-Shirts
    Katie M.

The Grease Diner is a special space, with a multitude of arts and crafts going on. I recently took the T-shirt making class and Laurie and Jon Jon patiently guided me through the whole process. I was able to successfully make a bunch of shirts and learned the printing process for next time. The store was buzzing with activity and friendly conversations. The owners seem to really know what they are doing and have created a sweet community.

Great service and just good energy. Jon Jon came through again for what I needed. I'll definitely be going back.

My sister and I brought my mother for a sit down tea room experience. I shared a finger food tier with my mother. It was lacking in appearance, taste, and quality. Just a bunch of random mundane things you'd find in a dollar general and not fresh. There was basically no wait for our order. It was very quick. Waitress brought one plate for two people lol. And I had to ask for the tea list. Young girl seemed put out the moment we came in. But tried to be more polite towards the end. She never asked how we were. We stayed for about 35m. They use HT tea which I'm not a fan of and they use only one tea bag for a shared 16-24oz tea pot. My mug was a little dirty and stained. We had to ask for sugar. My sister said her Ruben sandwich was great and her ice tea was fine. Disclosure: we're all from a large city and maybe this is high quality for this little town. One of the biggest off putting part was seeing the naked hairy arm pits of a large man while trying to enjoy a special semi eloquent daughter/mother date. We dressed up a little and are not loud people. There really should be a certain dress code and volume control (large man was part of a large loud party) for a "tea room". I would not return or recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small menu but the food is excellent…read more I would recommend to stop for lunch and also a small shop for unique Gifts.

There were dogs barking in background when we called, and we had to repeat everything we said. We were told we would get an email confirming what we ordered. Since we didn't receive an email, I called on February 21 to confirm order. I was told that email had been sent, but we never received it; however, we did receive an email with invoice on February 21. Order was received on February 24 and looked great!! The cost of plaque was $28.57 and with processing fee (which we were not told about) and additional engraving, the total was $31.36. All this was reasonable, but then we saw the shipping. Shipping was also $31.36; what a coincidence. I called today after leaving a message for someone to call which they didn't. I spoke with a not so customer friendly man. He explained that the amount was what UPS charged. I told him that I had looked online, and amount was not that much; he got defensive and said the shipping amount came from computer. I stated it was very strange that shipping was same as total of order, and he said rudely, "Ma'am, there's nothing I can do to help you." We have used UPS many times, and there is no way I will believe they charged $31.36 to ship a plaque. We did not ask for overnight and 2-day shipping; we told them at time of order, we needed it by March 1. From now on, we will play a little more for the product and support local companies.

From the first moment of contact with Lynn in customer service, we were treated as if we were as important as a customer placing a much larger order. The prices were reasonable and our Blue Ribbons were lovely and arrived in a matter of days. We are so very pleased and excited to be able to "pin" our ribbons on ALL our 4 legged participants (Yes, all our registrants are the "Worlds Best Dog" !) We highly recommend Stineman and should the opportunity present itself, we certainly will order from them in the future....
