He said he couldn't fix anymore and would have to make a new ring. My mom passed away so I called to see if he could possibly put a rush on it. This was after having for 5 months. That is when I found that it was sent out.....he wasn't even making it. My ring was not even in PA. When I did finally get to pick it up-it was NOT MY RING AT ALL. Total different design. Main diamond was set down, wider setting, with a thinner band. Did not match my wedding bands. Gary said he would have to send away again. Told me it would take 3-4 weeks. After 5 more months, I FINALLY got a return message. I went yesterday to pick up. NOTHING was done at all-NOTHING in 5 months. He claims that he sent it to several different jewelers in New York and they all said the same thing. It is good as is gets. Gary argued with me, told me that he new I would be unhappy. When I said what did you expect, it wasn't changed. Terrible customer service. Slow production. Doesn't listen to the customer. Does what he wants. Not even sure if they are my diamonds. Heart is broken!!!

When my fiancé proposed in June 2025, I was completely blown away -- not just by the moment, but by…read morethe ring he chose from Lorelli's Jewelry. It's absolutely perfect and was made just for me. Every detail is beautiful and thoughtful, and I could feel the love he put into choosing it. Now, months later in October 2025, the ring is still as stunning and full of sparkle as the day I got it. Almost every day I get compliments on my ring and have actually had several patients get distracted by it at work. My ring is one of a kind with a twisted pavé rose gold band, round diamond, and hidden halo. My fiancé said Mike was a dream to work with and made the process easy. I can't recommend Lorelli's Jewelry enough for their expertise, care, and the personal touch they put into every piece. They helped create something that I'll cherish forever.
