I ended up purchasing my fiance's engagement ring, wedding ring, and my wedding ring here after a…read morevery strong recommendation from my future brother in law. My family made the hour drive to Ford City which isn't the prettiest of places and were very pleasantly surprised with our experience at Dilick's. Dilick's is a small jewelry store off the main street going into Ford City. There is customer parking behind the building and walking into the store you have the ooo and awww of a typical jewelry store. I had done a good amount of research before hand and visited several other jewelry stores before coming to this one. Chris did a wonderful job of further educating me about rings and after showing me his collection, I was able to pick out something I really like and that my future wife loves. I am still very happy with my selection and have zero regrets. Since the purchase, we have come back for resizing and adjustments, and our last trip out will be to pick up the wedding bands! For someone who can't always make a decision, Chris was the right balance between having a strong professional opinion and not pushing the customer to purchase. I greatly appreciate his input and knowledge of the business and he was extremely fair with the price (comparing to sites such as bluenile.com). I would recommend the trip out to see him even if you are driving a little further than you want to. The experience you get from talking to a professional like Chris is well worth it.

He said he couldn't fix anymore and would have to make a new ring. My mom passed away so I called to see if he could possibly put a rush on it. This was after having for 5 months. That is when I found that it was sent out.....he wasn't even making it. My ring was not even in PA. When I did finally get to pick it up-it was NOT MY RING AT ALL. Total different design. Main diamond was set down, wider setting, with a thinner band. Did not match my wedding bands. Gary said he would have to send away again. Told me it would take 3-4 weeks. After 5 more months, I FINALLY got a return message. I went yesterday to pick up. NOTHING was done at all-NOTHING in 5 months. He claims that he sent it to several different jewelers in New York and they all said the same thing. It is good as is gets. Gary argued with me, told me that he new I would be unhappy. When I said what did you expect, it wasn't changed. Terrible customer service. Slow production. Doesn't listen to the customer. Does what he wants. Not even sure if they are my diamonds. Heart is broken!!!
