I thought it was odd that no one was calling me to discuss the details or to set up an appointment to come to my home to get exact details themselves. I got my first phone call from the company on 7/7/26. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and seemed to be very genuine. I explained I would be on vacation should see reach out and me not respond. She explained that their installers are a third party company and had to work with them to get the quote, but said she had all the information she now needed to get that. I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. I have already begun sharing my experience with those people and others and I will continue to do so. I do NOT recommend this company in any capacity.

I rented two six foot tables for food and drinks, four round tables that seated six and 25 folding chairs. The baby shower location was out of their delivery zone, but they rented Uhauls. I picked up the rental and Uhaul Friday morning. They loaded the table and chairs, which I appreciated! Everything was in working order. The tables had wooden tops, which we covered with tablecloths. I returned everything Saturday after the baby shower as I was heading home the next day. They had a drop box for the Uhaul keys. It was a simple process. The tables and chairs cost roughly $140 to rent and the Uhaul cost roughly $100. The Uhaul was $19.99 per day and .99 per mile. I would rent from this business again. The manager was friendly and the equipment met our needs.
