(Looking back, it wasn't simple, Travis just knew!). It all flowed. I thought this would be next to impossible, but somehow the Cut 'N' Run team confirmed availability for our service within less than an hour of initial outreach, even though it was after business hours. The team was able to quickly coordinate with us and the venue, and all planning was very easy to understand. The day of, our videographer was very professional, had a great attitude, and was patient since we had some last minute changes given late cancellations. Honestly, I don't think the wedding would have gone as smoothly if we did not work with Cut 'N' Run. I'd highly recommend working with them. HORRIBLE! I found an 8mm film when my mom died. I took it to this place to put it on a DVD because…read moreI had no idea what was on it. I got a 3 1/2 minute DVD. The 1st minute and a half was so grainy you could not even tell what it was. The second minute was acceptable. The last minute was fireworks they added. They charged me $51 for 1 minute of viewable video. I think they should have explained to me what was on the tape by placing a phone call before doing any work to see if I actually wanted to WASTE $51 on nothing. Very poor business people. They are a total ripoff. I would suggest a different video production company who would be reputable and would have called me first to inform me about the tape contents before doing any work.
