I really want to patronize local businesses where I can, but when they waste my time, gas money, and effort, I have to look elsewhere. Also, I had to drive all the way home to drop of my items, as it was a hot day and they couldn't sit in the car, which screwed up other plans I had.

I had been printing at home but the results were so-so and I wanted to get them professionally printed. I looked online at all the usually sticker places and was shocked by how high the minimum order quantities were and also the per sticker price. I am so happy I found PGH Print Ship because they have low minimum order quantities (I only need to order one sheet of labels), their prices are unbeatable, quality is amazing, and they are FAST! I love that they have the 24/7 pickup location making it really easy for me to get these whenever I am free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to print labels!

Every aspect from final product, responsiveness and professionalism, and price was top notch. With COVID numbers spiking 500%+ at the time of our wedding, we saw half of our guest list cancel within the two weeks leading up to the wedding. (We had family members and my best man also cancel the day of, it was a mess.) We should've thought of doing this sooner, but we decided to add a streaming component the week before the ceremony. I thought this would be next to impossible, but somehow the Cut 'N' Run team confirmed availability for our service within less than an hour of initial outreach, even though it was after business hours. The team was able to quickly coordinate with us and the venue, and all planning was very easy to understand. The day of, our videographer was very professional, had a great attitude, and was patient since we had some last minute changes given late cancellations. Honestly, I don't think the wedding would have gone as smoothly if we did not work with Cut 'N' Run. I'd highly recommend working with them. Pacer either deliberately or for other reasons I may never be made aware of, has failed to contact me. Each time I contacted Pacer, I was told that only the owner, Jason, could assist me or make decisions and he never seemed to be available. My decision to potentially contract with Pacer was based on past work examples via their website which had done for many local organizations. I found the results to be impressive. It would be difficult to assume why Pacer's owner has decided to simply and completely neglect me as a potential client. Based on the caliber of past clientele displayed on their site, I can only assume I did not have enough clout or was not a cash cow. It is extremely disappointing that Jason and his staff would decide to simply never contact me. For this reason, I would find it near impossible to even suggest Pacer, let alone recommend them. Sadly, they possess all of the services I would have needed. As such, I am being forced to locate similar services from multiple businesses instead of just one which is leading to higher overall costs. If I run my new start-up in the same manner as Pacer, I will end up existing only briefly as no customer is unimportant and each one can become an advocate even if they buy nothing.
