- VA's lost me thousands of dollars - Did not follow up on…read morepast due accounts or re-issue bills on past due amounts - VA's did not know how to work basic programs - When one VA would pass my account to another, the new VA was not briefed fully on the accounts and we had to start back at ground zero with me pulling emails to follow up on last bill issued/amounts due and paid - Amounts paid were not logged into the system, so entire billing got messed up. - VA did not understand the basics of human relationship and was abrasive in emails to clients - VA asked me to go through 'incomplete' client data and fill in phone numbers, emails etc and then NEVER INPUTTED THE INFORMATION OR SET UP THE ACCOUNTS WITHIN A NEW SYSTEM. - When company new I was upset, the 1500 hours I purchased in advance was used up in a little over one month when it had lasted closer to three months for years.
