I attempted on at least a dozen occasions via in-person, phone, e-mail and Facebook to potentially contract a website and marketing with Pacer for a new start-up business and did follow-ups to every single message. Pacer either deliberately or for other reasons I may never be made aware of, has failed to contact me. Each time I contacted Pacer, I was told that only the owner, Jason, could assist me or make decisions and he never seemed to be available. My decision to potentially contract with Pacer was based on past work examples via their website which had done for many local organizations. I found the results to be impressive. It would be difficult to assume why Pacer's owner has decided to simply and completely neglect me as a potential client. Based on the caliber of past clientele displayed on their site, I can only assume I did not have enough clout or was not a cash cow. It is extremely disappointing that Jason and his staff would decide to simply never contact me. For this reason, I would find it near impossible to even suggest Pacer, let alone recommend them. Sadly, they possess all of the services I would have needed. As such, I am being forced to locate similar services from multiple businesses instead of just one which is leading to higher overall costs. If I run my new start-up in the same manner as Pacer, I will end up existing only briefly as no customer is unimportant and each one can become an advocate even if they buy nothing. read more

A good find for my company back in 2008 and have used Pacer ever since to build-out 20+ websites under our company umbrella. Very satisfied with price and service going on 9 years now. Also started to use them for video production services last year and so far so good with a few projects in the books. read more

I hired Pacer Design Studios to design and create a website for me. We entered into a written agreement on 8/13/12 and as of this review date (2/6/14), there is still no website. They gave me a low bid on my project because "business was slow" at the time, the owner told me. He seemed very excited about the job in the beginning but once they received my payments, things started dwindling and weeks would go by without an update. My guess is that they received higher paying jobs after taking on mine and decided to put their time and energy into those. I don't have a problem with that, we all need to pay the bills. My problem is that they took my money to design a full website and I don't have a website to show for it. At least cancel the job and give me back the money I paid. It's only fair and right. I have made repeated phone calls and sent numerous emails and have received no response. When there is a response by chance, it is a request for "a few days" to go over the site or make changes and updates, followed by a promise to contact me by a certain date. "A few days" turns into a few weeks, then months and I hear nothing. I have requested several refunds and still have not received it. My last attempt at a phone call, I was told by the owner, Jason Bumblis (whom I have been dealing with directly the entire time), that they need a few days to re-familiarize themselves with my website and we agreed to a time for a call the following week to discuss. I called on the date (yesterday) and time we agreed to and no answer. I have lost over a year with this project, paid a total of $750 to date and am not able to get that money back and have no website (not even a half of a website or an unfinished website) to show for it. I have filed a BBB complaint (in investigation as of today) but they are not a member of the BBB so not sure what good that will do other than to have the complaint on file for anyone else who researches them before hiring. I also just filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection and several other consumer protection agencies about them. Please do your homework before hiring any online service provider. Had just one person complained before I hired them, I would not have given them a dime. Hopefully this helps someone else save their hard earned money and not get ripped off. read more

I used Pacer to design and print a trifold business flyer for my organization and they did an amazing job, on time, and at excellent prices (which seems to be a rarity these days).
