Pacer either deliberately or for other reasons I may never be made aware of, has failed to contact me. Each time I contacted Pacer, I was told that only the owner, Jason, could assist me or make decisions and he never seemed to be available. My decision to potentially contract with Pacer was based on past work examples via their website which had done for many local organizations. I found the results to be impressive. It would be difficult to assume why Pacer's owner has decided to simply and completely neglect me as a potential client. Based on the caliber of past clientele displayed on their site, I can only assume I did not have enough clout or was not a cash cow. It is extremely disappointing that Jason and his staff would decide to simply never contact me. For this reason, I would find it near impossible to even suggest Pacer, let alone recommend them. Sadly, they possess all of the services I would have needed. As such, I am being forced to locate similar services from multiple businesses instead of just one which is leading to higher overall costs. If I run my new start-up in the same manner as Pacer, I will end up existing only briefly as no customer is unimportant and each one can become an advocate even if they buy nothing.

It came with some dust, a less than desirable looking basement bathroom, a carpet in need of cleaning, and lots of windows to be cleaned. We were moving in a week and in search of a local cleaning company that wasn't a chain. I came across Clean & Pristine, and not only did they offer a lot of services, but their website was very detailed and easy to use. I accidentally booked a carpet cleaning separate from the spring cleaning where I could add carpet cleaning on. I reached out to Mike and he fixed it right away. He was so friendly and eager to help. The last owner said the house was clean, so I ended up cancelling. Well, it wasn't as clean as I had hoped, so I ended up booking another appointment online. Unfortunately, the time was mixed up so Mike contacted me right away to fix it. Fast forward to Monday, cleaning day, and the first blizzard of the winter season. I let him know that he didn't need to come out and we could reschedule. He had said he was going to still try and make it, and said he would be in touch. The weather was way too bad, so we rescheduled for Wednesday. The notifications were super helpful. Not only did I receive an email, but a text as well! Mike used our garage code and sent updates and pictures the whole time which was really nice! Apparently I had forgotten to choose carpet cleaning this time, so when I reached out to ask him if the carpet cleaner was non toxic (which it is!) He said he could get his machine and clean it and not to worry. Our house looked AMAZING and I felt so much better about moving in! I get bad anxiety over tub and carpet germs, and both are good as new now! They got in every nook and cranny and is ready to be lived in. My mother in law needed cleaning services a few months ago before she had guests coming, so we recommended Mike to her. She utilizeds services and was SO incredibly pleased with his work. She passed his info along to others as well! Mike is so professional and curteous and personable, and I'm very glad that we went with Clean & Pristine! I find this very unprofessional and disappointing that Carolyn, the owner didn't bother to call me directly, or even her or Debbie didn't comment on my Yelp review or call to try to investigate further. It felt like a retaliation even thought I've been a loyal paying customer for some time now. In order to have the veterans clean my house, I had to switch my days and sometimes I don't work at home. I am a busy professional woman but am pretty tidy and clean.
