I've been cutting my own foam core backing for my art prints - it's tedious, and difficult without a good work space for it, not to mention too easy to make a mistake cutting by hand. My name was not appearing​ on the UPS's identogo roster and I was treated as a walk-in​ despite having confirmation on my phone that I had scheduled an appointment. Bumping my review from 1 to 2 stars because eventually,​ the fingerprinting lady felt bad for me and called me over ahead of the next person with an appointment. I would highly suggest having an appointment because they keep the schedule double booked. When you have the appointment, it would probably be a smart idea to call the day before or the morning of to make sure they have you scheduled for the correct time.
